Dont appear to be able to give 0 stars. Poor company. Ordered a phone through Samsung to be delivered next working day. Held up by Mobileshop. No way to contact them at the weekend despite them contacting me at the weekend. Answerphone directs to website for opening hours....website doesnt contain any information at all. Called on Monday morning to be told they cant speak to their own department who requested further info and to wait 48hrs for them in case they need further info.

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. Apparently I have failed a credit credit and had my cancel ordered which shows very similar to what other people have experience. I would never use them again.

Wish I could give minus stars. Ordered samsung s26 ultra with stackable vouchers and got a great deal through Samsung. 1st time had no issues but then decided to cancel and re-order for better deal and free case. Order was delayed then cancelled without reason. Now the vouchers no longer work and I missed out on a great deal. Shambles of a company. Rejecting credit checks for no reason. Stupid.

Scammers
Like many other reviews on this platform, ordered a Samsung Galaxy S26 with a 24 month contract via the Samsung official website and received an email saying the order has been cancelled because the network declined the application, which makes zero sense as I have a perfect credit history. Definitely something dodgy going on, these guys are scammers!!
Beyond incompetent
Beyond incompetent - like others I’ve had a similar experience where something as simple as ordering a phone on contract is near impossible. Why would Samsung partner with such a terrible company? Got told I had an account with O2 before (I don’t now but did), they told me I don’t and that the number was wrong. Given a number to call and it’s the wrong number. I will cancel, it’s not worth it. Plenty of competent phone retailers who don’t behave like this.

Got my order within 7 days, it took 7 days as it was a popular deal and stock was low .
I read bad reviews about them they can be personal experience but I can assure they are reliable giving 1 star is not fair due to failure of credit checks.
So they are reliable, no scam, follow there instructions and give information they need within time limits as i got 2 days
Ignore bad reviews.

Great service
I placed an order with Mobileshop on Saturday evening, I was directed to Samsung to place the order and received emails from Samsung and Mobileshop (part of the AO group) confirming my order. My last two phones were on great deals from what is now AO so the great dwal didn't strike me as being too good to be true. I was unsure if they were open on Sundays but didn't hear anything on Sunday, prompting me to look at Trust Pilot - I thought I'd made a big mistake when I saw Trust Pilot but first thing Monday morning I had a message to say I'd passed the credit check and a message from 02. All that was needed then was a security check and they advised if that was successful the next message would be a dispatch email from Samsung which came last night and the phone arrived via DPD this morning (Tuesday). I have no hesitation in recommending Mobileshop for amazing deals!
Smooth and efficient process
Firstly, if you've bought a deal through Samsung that is being facilitated by Mobileshop, don't panic. My experience was problem-free and efficient. I suspect the bias in these reviews is that for everyone who has had zero problems, it's not worth reviewing, but for those that have had problems, they will understandably come here to voice their frustration. So don't worry or panic just because of these reviews.
This company is straight up a SCAM
This company is straight up a SCAM. I have purchased a device from Samsung an unfortunate this scam company is working with them. I have a perfect credit score and already a contract with the provider. Yet they dare to say my credit check was unsuccessful and cancelled my order.

Obviously some sort of scam group, there is no way I failed a mobile credit check yet that's the reason they cancelled my order. SCAM group, leave well alone
Wrong price plan provided
Bought a new S26 direct from Samsung with a '3' mobile advanced plan contract.
When the plan was set up the plan was the '3' Lite plan not advanced.
Samsung said contact '3' and then '3 siad contact Samsung.
No one will take responsibility and sort this issue out!

I wish there was a way to give -ve rating. Placed an order with Samsung with O2 SiM plan which was cancelled due to a date of birth typo (thats what O2 told during the verification call). Mobileshop then placed a 90 days restriction to place the order again with samsung.
Noyt sure why a company like Samsung has Mobileshop mediating for it with the pathetic customer service and offering no solution at all.

Awful - don't use. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Said I failed credit check when I have a 600+ credit score. Absolute incompetence at its best.

Totalmente inaffidabile. Acquisto un cellulare versione pro e arriva in versione classica, oltretutto spedizione molto lunga. Il venditore non risponde MAI al telefono, via mail saltuariamente e solo se fa comodo. Rimborso dopo quasi due mesi non ancora arrivato. Pessimo venditore e pessimo servizio clienti.

Absolutely crap
I have good credit score but Still they cancelled my samsung phone order 2 times without any explanation. I was waiting for this phone so long. Totally rubbish company
Worse company
Try to get a phone contract through Samsung.co.uk, but they keep saying: 'We're unable to process your order as it has failed to meet our internal credit and security criteria'. Try to contact Samsung directly but they just say it is a technical error and reorder. I did 4 times but always the same result. I do not understand why samsung is using this company. Avoid.
