I’ve had the app for about 2 weeks. Claimed a £20 Amazon gift card/voucher 10 mins ago. Received an email with the code 5 mins later and applied it to my account. All good so far.

Come molti prima di me... iscritta da giugno 2017 e sempre riscattato buoni da 5 e 10 euro. Da agosto 2019 inizio a mettere da parte i crediti per arrivare a quello da 25 e magicamente ieri (15/9/2020) raggiunta la soglia chiedo il premio e mi bloccano l'account. Bella truffa davvero....

I have never had a problem I have always received my vouchers for Amazon and I have never been blocked ,infact I once uninstalled it and as a good will gesture they added another 5 points to my account which equals £5 so I will keep this app as I think it's great and free money at the end of the day.

Meno di una stella non si può dare! Dopo ben 3 anni, puff buttato fuori senza motivo e ovviamente appena ho richiesto 20 euro di buono Amazon. Poi mi scrivono che c'è stato un errore, che mi manderanno il buono, e il giorno dopo niente buone e di nuovo buttato fuori. Ora son 3 giorni che aspetto una risposta concreta e nessuno che risponde. Boh c'è davvero da avvisare Agcom con questi truffaldini

Come tanti, anche io ho avuto si il Mio account che quello di mio marito bloccati subito dopo aver riscattato il buono da 20 euro. Siamo iscritti dal 2017 e appena riscattato, subito bloccati. Anche a noi è arrivata la solita mail generica dicendo che non andiamo più bene, ma senza vere e proprie motivazioni. Se siete in buona fede, prima pagate e poi bloccate, non che vi rubate 5 mesi di dati senza pagare. Agirò tramite Agcom, fatelo tutti

after re-installing the app 8 days later i redeem for a 10 dollar amazon and my account got locked.its a big waste of time.Complete B S and will never recommend to anyone. included is the first e-mail i received and then the support e-mail.

Se avessi potuto dare meno di una stella lo avrei fatto. Tutto quello che è stato scritto di negativo su questa organizzazione corrisponde a verità. Dopo sei mesi che raccolgono dati si accorgono che non hai i requisiti che a loro interessano e bloccano il tuo account, stranamente proprio quando hai raggiunto il massimo dei crediti. Ho voluto provare per capire e ho capito. Non ci sono neanche parole per definire quello che non può essere definito.

I can't believe people would voluntarily allow an app like this to collect such sensitive data, if you allow the permissions it seeks, check exactly what it will collect in their privacy policy, it will include "usernames, passwords, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, other financial information professional or employment related information, education information, etc" but don't worry, they make "commercially reasonable efforts to automatically filter out certain personal information collected from our panelists such as password, credit card numbers and account numbers. HOWEVER, WE MAY COLLECT SUCH INFORMATION".

I received my 5 dollar gift card, and it was great. A lot of people are mentioning that it is a scam, but nothing has happened to me yet. I will update my review if anything happens. It’s pretty good right now though.

Like many on here, I tried to claim a £20 voucher and had the same response that the account was locked due to a security issue.

Don't download the software as you keep to your side of the bargain but they don't!

Company locked me out of my account after requesting Amazon gift card. Gave me a lame excuse that my account was flagged by their security program. Contact me if anyone is interested in filing a class-action lawsuit against this company.

I joined Mobilexpression a few years ago and spoke to another business client of mine and he was not paid. I was not paid as well. STAY AWAY from this site. Total scam

I downloaded the App and kept it in the phone for the past few weeks. Yesterday I gained enough points and redeemed a £20 Amazon voucher. Just now I opened the App and found that they have locked my account! I just sent an email to their customer support but judging from the comments here, I am not very confident they will make things right

Everything was going just fine with my MobileXpression VPN app, until it came time to claim my $10 Papa John's Pizza eGift card reward through their email url link. This is where the only problem occurred with this app. The email url link to my reward cannot be clicked on, therefore not being able to proceed forward to the actual redemption page. I've only received one email follow back from their customer service and if they don't resolve this issue soon, then I have no choice but to uninstall and continue to give them bad reviews.

Ho aderito a Mobilexpression nel 2018 , ho scarico le ricompense in buoni Amazon i primi nessun problema ,poi le ultime 3 volte non ho ricevuto la ricompensa richiesta ma su l' account risultava evasi e soddisfatti, ho scritto molte volte richiedendo spiegazioni ma zero risposte . Ho tolto applicazione perchè prendono in giro e non sono per niente seri, Attenzione

Avrei voluto mettere zero stelle ma non si può.
Sono decisamente in malafede ma stavolta non mi limito a disinstallare, ma troverò il modo per farmi dare sia i buoni che non mi hanno dato nel 2017 (pensavo che l'app non funzionasse per mia responsabilità), come ne hanno fatto a me e a tutti quelli che si sono azzardati a riscattare buoni Amazon da 10,15, o 20 €.
La procedura è questa:
Il buono da 5€ si riscatta senza problemi. Se si cerca di accumulare e avere un buono più "sostanzioso" l'app inizia dapprima a non funzionare, poi si blocca. Chiedono di reinstallarla e se per disgrazia ci sono punti da riscattare per un buono da 15 €, come nel mio caso, ti fanno fare l'ordine, ti bloccano l'account e poi ti scrivono questa mail:

Scam!! I downloaded the app for a free gift card in 1 week. Finally got the $5 gift card but took more like 2 weeks. Then decided to let it stay active on my phone to accumulate more points. You can claim 5 points a week for staying active and the minimum cash out is 30 points. Stayed active the entire time and then right before I get to the 6 week mark where I can cash out the 30 points for another $5 gift card, it tells me my account has been suspended and to email them. Makes no sense that my account is suspended, I'm constantly on my phone, I log onto their app a few times a week, and their VPN key is still active on my phone. I emailed 5 days ago and still no response. A whole 6 weeks now of having this active and it slowing down my phone and then a couple days before they have to pay out they "suspend" my account and won't respond to emails and you can't log in to see anything as to what is going on.

This is an absolute scam. Install the app and their VPN for two weeks and are promised a £10 Amazon voucher. When the time came to redeem, which was actually after 16 days, account gets locked. After contacting support, I am told they have decided there was suspicious activity and have made the decision and will not change - so basically "go f*** yourself". The VPN also slows your phone considerably. Keep away. This outfit should be shut down.
