I've been using this app for over 2 years and always earned vouchers until now.. wondering why i hadnt received my £20 amazon voucher after a few days, so i logged into my account then had a message saying its been locked so I contacted support and this is what they emailed me: Thanks for contacting us.
At this point we can confirm that your order was flagged and canceled by our security program. After further reviewing your account, we can confirm that you did not fulfill the necessary participation requirements needed to qualify for the incentive. Unfortunately based on your account not meeting the standards of activity and participation, we have canceled your order.
We understand your frustration regarding this matter, however our decision to cancel your order and lock your account has been made.

Its clearly fobbing us off. I wouldn't waste your time on this app it doesn't make any sense when were all eligible. Clearly being scammed.

Very scummy, started using this app recently. Tried to redeem my points but developer locked and canceled my account.. they said it was inconsistent activity. But, it runs in the background what activity do I have to do? Lol.. its ok though just wanted to see if they are legit by redeeming my points but since they blocked my account... it safe to say the app is scummy to the fullest... I would give zero but no option

I've been using mobile expression for the last one year and I only made £20. I changed my phone. On this new phone, as the vpn icon appears, the internet stops working. Wifi doesn't work or the connection becomes slow. It's really annoying. I don't know why is it so. Today, after a long wait, I was able to accumulate £20 again. I tried to withdraw it in the form of Amazon voucher. It says your reward account is locked. Waste of time! Poor app!

Several weeks ago I stopped being credited for having the software on my phone gave up complaining so went to cash in the points I had as no reply now told that my account was locked have continuously had software on my phone for years. Don’t sign up people it’s a rip off

Da quando sono iscritto ho ricevuto 3 volte il premio di 25 euro... Quindi sono molto soddisfatto, l'unica attenzione è controllare che la app non sia attiva sul cell che a volte si può disattivare da sola.

Been a member for almost 4yrs and I'm satisfied. I had issues from time to time where I click to claim 2pts but it's not added and I always have to let them know. It's all sorted out every time so all good.

I don't know how others are claiming £5/£10 when an Amazon gc costs 20pts = £20. I've always received mine in a reasonable time. Only it was delayed during Christmas.

I have used mobilexpressions for quite some time now, I've had over £100 vouchers off them. It started off fine, I'd get the required amount of points to get my £20 voucher and receive it in a few days time, but now it is dreadful. I am waiting over a month at a time to receive and forever having to chase, it is beyond a joke.

Buenos y, me gusta la aplicación. Pero me pasa que se me deshabilita y la tengo que volver a habilitar, y no hay problema, pero tengo que estar pendiente, y a veces tardo, pero los puntos los recibo cada mes y los cambio por dinero en Amazon, que me va muy bien. Saludos

Unfortunately, this business and its reward program are scams. They missed to pay out £ 20 Voucher. Moreover, they reset my account so cannot access my reward/transaction history. They make money from tracking users but they fail to payout. They do not reply to emails.

I have been using MobileXpressions for 5 years and have suddenly had my account suspended because of "identified discrepancies with your account, registration, participation, and other factors". I haven't changed anything on my account so my only guess is I was 1 credit away from my next giftcard so they blocked me or maybe someone else has tried accessing my account or something. No real explanation or way to appeal. It's disappointing after 5 years they've decided to accuse me of fraud.

I'm not saying they are a scam, like I said it been 5 years with no issues. But be warned at any moment they can close your account and considering it's 15 weeks to earn £10, it's very annoying to lose your money after 3 months of building it up.

If you use them, make sure you cash in as soon as you earn £5/£10. Don't let it build up. They can't be trusted.

I successfully ran this app for two years and got my £20 Amazon gift card every time I got 20 points at 2 points a week = 10 weeks to get £20. All of a sudden they locked my account just as I had enough points for a £20 gift card, so I never got my reward and I uninstalled the app. Recently I received an invite to rejoin from a site that was not directly connected to Mobilexpression. I rejoined and this time only got 1 point a week although the target to get a £20 voucher was still 20 points. In other words they had doubled their requirement to get a £20 voucher from 10 weeks to 20 weeks. Eventually I reached 20 points and claimed my gift card. I intended to then leave as four months to get a £20 voucher seemed a waste of time. Guess what? They locked my account and cancelled my order with the standard email that they always send, accusing me of not meeting their requirements. I never received my reward but I did get an email from Lisa Clark, apparently of Mobil expression, asking why their software was no longer on my phone and asking me to reinstall it. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

Utilizzo questa app da diverso tempo, che dire... Meravigliosa, ho avuto modo di richiedere diversi coupon, 5 stelle meritate 😁

Diversi anni che lo utilizzavo mi hanno ripetutamente tentato di bloccare l'account una volta che non avevano più bisogno di monitorarti ed hai fornito i tuoi dati anagrafici. Adesso hanno definitivamente bloccato il mio account comunicandomi che ora non ho più l'idoneità per far parte della loro community. 👎🏼 Mobilexpression 👎🏼

Tried to contact company several times and they won’t return emails. I have a three week pended gift card and they won’t respond to me. SCAMMERS

Darei meno 20000 stelle. Ho scritto al supporto per chiedere dove fosse finito il mio ordine, la risposta è stata che avevano un problema col fornitore .ho sollecitato e la risposta che mi hanno dato è stata che da li a un paio di giorni avrebbero risolto. Ovviamente non è stato così.
Alla mia amica hanno bloccato direttamente l'account dopo aver richiesto il suo primo buono.

Update: The company has resolved the issue and proved that their business is correct and legal.

This is the easiest site to make alittle cash . Just download the App and do nothing else.

Not worth the aggravation. I did eventually get my promised vouchers, but only after several emails and
negative reviews here and on the play store. Not worth it for the unreliability.
