This is a great company
Very helpful company. A bit slow to respond to emails (but so am I occasionally!). However, once I contacted them by phone, they couldn’t have been more helpful!
Their mobility products are first class!
I ordered some replacement parts and they were with me in 48 hours.

These guys are amazing! Best help, advice and their chat system is exactly what you wish all other company’s had! Someone there to chat to, an actual person! Super helpful! Trusty well made wheelchairs at a decent price, not rip off! My grandma had a problem with her chair not charging up 6 moths after she got it, I contacted them, an engineer rang and asked a couple of questions about the battery and the charging box itself, he organised for a new battery and charging cable/box to be delivered the next day! No charges & no messing with returns! Perfect! I have had my electric wheelchair now since 2024 & not a problem, but I have contacted for help on different items they sell and to ask if they have an item similar to what I was looking for to fit my chair, they didn’t but told me where I should try to look for the item I had in mind! I will always go to them for anything to do with my health products, always! Thank you for continued support and for your products that are affordable to people who need it the most.

I found the MX-1 was very smooth to run
I found the MX-1 was very smooth to operate after a some trial runs as our street is on a bit of an incline and I had only purchased one battery but it manages that incline fine so have since purchased a second battery and battery coupler and have no problem getting to appointments due to my disabilities.

Thank you for the honest feedback! Most manual and lightweight wheelchairs do work best on smooth and even surfaces, which is worth bearing in mind when choosing the right chair for your needs. If rough terrain is a regular challenge, it may be worth looking at some of our powerchair or all terrain options which handle uneven ground much better. Please do give us a call and we would be happy to help find a solution that works for you!

Very happy with the wheelchair
Very happy with the wheelchair, the weight helps me enormously for lifting into and out of my car. The one thing I would do is include a cushion. The seat is fairly comfortable but husbands asks for a cushion. Highly delighted otherwise.
