Excellent service & beautiful product
I'm very pleased with the January Birthstone Guardian Angel Garnet Necklace. Those necklace types can look cheap and childish but this one is beautiful and elegant enough for an older girl. It is adjustable though, so can be worn by a young girl.
I was particularly pleased with the service. I first ordered a different item. I cancelled this order via email at 9:04am and my refund was processed by 9:08am. As it hadn't yet been shipped, I was refunded the postage too (free postage was offered but I paid for next day delivery). I then ordered the necklace for next day delivery. I assumed it wouldn't arrive the next day, as I'm in N Ireland and nothing does but it did. I also found a 10% off code which actually worked (as they so often do not).
The packaging is beautiful. My niece will feel so grown up with this gift. I'm delighted with the product and the service!

I ordered my daughter a cross bracelet…
I ordered my daughter a cross bracelet for her holy communion on Sunday and the package came on the Friday and it was beautifully packaged but on opening it, it was not the right order it was beautiful but not what I needed for the day so as you can imagine the panic; so I left a message with the customer service and they were brilliant within 10 mins I had a reply and they couldn’t be more sorry and organised for there warehouse to do an urgent replacement and special Royal Mail delivery with the correct item, it came on the Saturday and was just what I imagined it to be. There customer service was spot on and so was my order and my daughter loved it, I’ll definitely be ordering my children’s jewellery and keepsakes from yourselves. thank you again

A beautiful locket that we bought as a Christening present for our goddaughter. When it first arrived we spotted a tiny issue with the engraving and Caroline was extremely helpful and managed to send us a replacement just in time. Excellent customer service!

What started as an exciting purchase…
What started as an exciting purchase has ended up being a waste of money! The bracelet didn’t even last 3 months without breaking! I emailed customer service to see if they could help but no, they said this has been broken by the customer! This was not the case, nothing had happened for the bracelet to break! I highly recommend that people stay away from this brand! Complete waste of money. Bracelets made by this brand are definitely not durable for children! NEVER order from this brand!

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. All Molly Brown London jewellery is Assay Assured, tested, certified, and hallmarked at the Edinburgh Assay Office to guarantee quality. Children’s jewellery is designed with safety in mind, meaning a chain will break under force rather than risk injury.
After inspection, the bracelet was found to be broken rather than faulty, so we were unable to replace it. We did suggest a simple local repair or a one-time discount towards a replacement.
We take feedback very seriously, and it is always our aim to ensure customers are happy with their jewellery. We regret that in this instance you remain disappointed, but please be assured that every piece is made to the highest standards and with children’s safety at heart.

I wish that I could leave no stars. Do yourselves a favour and buy from another company. I’m so angry at wasting £90 with them.ONCE YOU HAVE THE GOODS THATS IT. The aftercare is diabolical. So I’m reviewing them wherever I can to warn others.

We’re genuinely sorry that your experience hasn’t met expectations.
As explained in our correspondence, the bangle is made from gold vermeil and features a 2-micron layer of 18ct gold over sterling silver—the thickest form of gold plating available and known for its durability. However, its longevity depends on how the piece is worn and cared for. The images provided showed wear and signs of manual resizing, which unfortunately falls outside the scope of what we’re able to replace, as outlined in our care guidance.
We understand this was not the resolution you were hoping for, but we always aim to assess all concerns fairly and provide honest, transparent responses.

I visited Molly Browns in York for the…
I visited Molly Browns in York for the first time, I was looking for an outfit for a Wedding in October. The shop was full of beautiful garments but I just didn’t really know what I wanted.
However, the very lovely Fiona came to my aid and she couldn’t have been more helpful and listened to all of my concerns.
Needless to say I left the shop with a beautiful outfit that I will be so happy to wear on the day.
If you’re visiting York a visit to Molly Browns is a must, if only to see all of their gorgeous gowns and accessories.

Amazing! I’m so shocked with the bad reviews!! I ordered and it came 3 days later and it’s nearly Christmas so I was very very impressed!
