The game is awful when it comes to glitches. And trying to deal with the custom service to try to get your rewards that you’re supposed to get but don’t! They lie to you in order to deny you what you are supposed to get. They tell you that you have to show them a video of your game to prove that it screwed up! But how do you show that it screwed up after the fact? You don’t know when it is going to glitch and not give you your rewards so how are you supposed to record it?

They also told me that they can go back and look at my game and see that it didn’t screw up, and the next time I talked to someone they told me that they can’t go back and look at the game?

I have all of the conversations to prove it!!
In order to be able to win anything you have to spend a ton of money.
They don’t care about their customers or loosing business!!
Look at all of the reviews and see how many people have commented on how horrible the game is. You would think they would try to keep their customers happy so they don’t lose business, but they don’t care at all!!
It’s just horrible!!

I have literal proof that the developers of this game are scamming you. Google the airplane mode trick.
You are stuck against bots, scammers, pre determined rolls and the developers themselves.
Biggest scam out there

Started out playing for a $500 BigW or Kmart gift card, forgot which one and never heard from anybody (checked spam a week later and found link but they had conviently expired) but kept playing as early stages its possible to play with dice provided, then its time to start buying dice because you like the game. As I have no life atm I kept spending, anyway just when I am ready to stop as it feels rigged, my game froze and wouldn't keep playing. They say uninstall and you will be synced right back in, NO, start again so FU scopely.

Hi I received the card Lisa's blues in the purple pack when I cashed in 700 stars. The game froze right after giving it to me and said issue game is restarting. Once it restarted it didn't give me that card back. I'm highly upset 😡 I spent almost $100 today and cashed in 700 of my 1400 stars to finally get a card that was taken away from me. This is ridiculous and intolerable. If im not issued the card I was issued prior to ur technicalities I will be reporting this info to the BBB and I alongside my 1400 friends will boycott an refuse to purchase or play on this platform again. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I spoke with customer support and they claim to see everything except the game crash. I have the time stamp of when the game crashed right in the middle of me opening my sticker pack. They claim to only see what I was issued after the crash but dont see when it crashed. This is not good business and I refuse to spend another penny on this platform. There will be a petition out in the next 2 days anyone with bad experience with this company is more than welcome to sign. The ratings for this company is already super low. Now i see why

If I could I would give zero stars. I engaged in playing Monopoly Go to connect with Family Members throughout the USA. That aspect was a Win WIN!! From there it goes no where in a hurry!! Do NoT purchase anything they offer. The charging through Apple Pay is a joke! They delay in processing your payment. When making your payment there would be an error in processing your payment and then it would say they cancelled it. Automatically generated. Okay, I make the payment again synonymously and it would go through. To prove this happened through Customer Support was a waste of time!!! Stay Clear and do not ENGAGE! Vultures!!!

They ruined the game giving less rewards and making it about spending money. It the same events over and over getting duplicates making it impossible to move forward in game without spending money. I recommend you downloading Royal go.... same as monopoly go BUT MUCH BETTER!!! IM GLAD SOMEONE TOLD ME ABOUT ROYAL GO I PLAY THAT MORE THEN MONOPOLY. GO DOWNLOAD

Possibly the worst customer care I've ever had to endure.
The games crap, designed for individuals to spend money to be able to complete any of the tasks. The in game purchases are expensive for value of money.

This game needs several improvements. I have said this before but someday you will hope get the message. Let's start with the golds. Eliminate them or give us less golds and also a lot more gold blitz maybe 2 a week.
There needs to desperately have to be a way to gift dice but especially be able to gift the event things that you need like right now the barrels. When u finish early and you still get them you should be able to gift them to friends who need them to finish. Those are the main things I feel need to be added please. Please!!!!

Would give this a 0 if I could. Filed a ticket that MonopolyGO was crashing in the partner event. Logged on an hour later to find out I was suspended with no reason. Support gives no help at all. Stay away if you value your time, they will ban if you look for any support.

Can’t get anywhere without having to spend lots of money. You can actually play with royal match and finish almost all their achievements. Monopoly go is such a cheater. Money hungry app.

I have been a player for two years what I’ve been seeing happening over the last six months all the deals are getting more and more expensive, but you’re getting less and less than the package they’re making it impossible for players to win I can spend 10 bucks gone in under two minutes. Don’t land on anything helpful the more money you spend on this game the worst you do play it free keep it free or you’ll get ripped off I’m about to delete after two years. It used to be fun, but they have officially made it to where the player can never come up.

I think the mega heist is a joke every time I land on a railway station I don’t even get it hardly I only get like a normal bank heist or shutdown. It’s absolutely stupid and the same with the Peggy game with a token dropping down you win less prizes with when you use your chips it’s absolutely stupid. I think we need to review these games.

Just a cash grab. Simple mechanics, Simple fun, But also Simply Deceptive with the many items you may but like many other predatory apps with fake game currency.
It’s a sickening world that many developers are evil minded to try and manipulate many masses of people to buy temporal joy from a game that lacks innovation in every sense. Despise corporations and companies using the same systematic formats to keep many of us day to day folks under they rules. New Age example of another Evil new scheme from Greedy Folks trying to get quick cash in the accounts.

Worst monopoly I just loss all money and after that giving 557x 235x 130x can't win. First collection n give money to other look at my history how much I loss . I played more then other play but loss please be kind to me also
