Monopolygo Avaliações

Where do I begin:

Firstly, absolutely horrendous customer service - unpleasant, unprofessional, and simply dismissive.

There are frequent glitches which arise at the expense of players and are not properly rectified by customer support, who will invalidate, gaslight and shut you down for bringing up known issues.

I wouldn’t recommend any one using this service.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS GAME. It is very difficult to complete your sticker album and enjoy the game due to cheaters and you do not get compensated with a gold sticker or any sticker. I am deleting the game as customer service say they have an anti cheat system in place which obviously is not working as they are still playing. The game is no longer fun so will be looking for a new game. If you are looking for a fun game, this is not the game for you. Appalling service from customer services.

Monopoly Go !, C’est fini à vie !.
.

Monopoly GO I am disappointed in you. That Wonderland Adventure side game event was brutal. All though my team won with like 10 minutes to spare, there was a deception on your part in business terms we call bait and switch or cavaet emptor. You took out the purple packs and it literally took out alot of the compasses.
People who need gold cards were relying on the purple packs so we can actively play and not be dormant.
Also create a open gold blitz event so people can trade those cards within a small window

Echt schade! So macht das Spiel keinen Spaß!

They've always manipulated but this current wonderland event is the most flagrant display of manipulation using a prmg program that's obvious to anyone who's been playing this game for awhile. It's causing mass quitting deleting accounts among high rollers and mid and upper tiered players..just google the wonderland event ..the last straw. There are clear directions on how to delete your account permanently
20,000 dice each with 6 players and still not compete the event ..the program running PRNG has you hitting nothing on the board .. this game is now just a corrupt programmed slot machine .. do not join and if you're playing font fall for their psychological triggers..they spend 500 Million in programming and advertising
But that will soon change. This is a Mass Exodus and its ongoing, once the fire are gone so are we all ... never ever seen anything like this, it do blatantly obvious
STAY FAR AWAY ..THERE ARE LOTS OF OTHER THINGS TO DO THEN BE MANIPULATED, THIS GAME ISNT FUN AT ALL
JUST GOOGLE THE WONDERLAND EVENT AND CATCH UP, THERE ARE PROGRAMMERS EXPLAINING THE MALICIOUS CODING THEY'VE WRITTEN AND ARE USING ON THIS EVENT.
Don't take my word for it. Look around, reddit Google etc

Love the game but like most of them they get you into it and to get any further they dime you to death! I'm a senior, I can't do 2 or 3 dollars a day. Sad that none of these games think about us. So after this one game that I'm in a group with, it will be the last for me, I don't want let them down. If you don't have a lot of money, try something else.

Don't play this game under any circumstances,it's the biggest joke on the market, they will rob you blind

They are non-responsive unless you have documented video evidence of how your game plays. They don’t tell you that the first time there’s an issue and one makes contact. They just asked for a screenshot or an approximate time of the event in question and when they looked it up they happily resolved the issue. the second time when I felt, I should be compensated for the time and expense that I had lost. They suddenly came up with this video evidence process. Thieves!

Repeated Impossible Scores & Support Avoids Answering

I spend money on this game weekly, but what I’m seeing is concerning.

Yesterday a player reached ~49,020 points. Today, another from the same team reached 44,752 within minutes, in real time.

This is a repeated pattern, not a one-off.

I reported both cases, but support avoided answering whether this is legitimate and closed the chat without clarification.

This is not about players — it’s about fairness.

If this is normal, the system is unbalanced. If not, safeguards are failing.

Because of this, I will not be spending any more money.

This game is terrible. Alot of the time when you win it does not give the rewards. It sets you up so that you are not able to accomplish the goal so you don't win unless you buy dice for extra chances. I would not recommend this game to anyone who does not want to pay to play!!!

When the game messes up and it missed rewards... and you ask about your rewards.. they give you a list of times they gave you the rewards but you NEVER got the rewards. They do this a lot. Their system is so messed up or they lie. I think their system is f-ed up and they just don't want to look into it and trust it and don't listen to their customers. it's just incompetent people over there and they don't do right by their players even tho they rack up so much money from us. they constantly do this.

First off: It’s a great game setup, super fun. BUT!!! I wish I could find the exact game, yet one that is fair and the dice are as random as a normal set of dice! I would pay legit money for that game! I spent some money on this one until I realized it is totally rigged! So never again. I really think someone could make even more money than this game if they could create the same aspects and gameplay, but an atmosphere where players actually felt like they had a CHANCE to get rewarded without being tricked and manipulated by AI algorithms, where all gameplay is predetermined to maximize profits.

Allows bots to play and cheaters to win. Puts you out of your league to guarantee purchases. Customer service blames the player for everything even game glitches. They rewards are not worth the dice used to get it.

Fun game to play but it wants to keep taking up more and more and more space on your phone just keeps wanting to download more and more it's one all the space on your phone so it ain't worth it

I've been playing this game for over a year now, and if you don't pay, you don't get to keep up with anybody else it's all bs and I wasted some money not very proud of that. Quite a few hundred dollars.
Just know they do it for the money, nothing else. get out your old Monopoly board and play it that way.
It's sad really.
I just quite today.

I feel this app is very addictive and encourages gambling with no return for money. Response from customers service is patronising and they never accept their clients are frustrated by their lack of support. All you see throughout the game is offers of packages at crazy prices. Surly this game needs to be reported to gambling platforms.
