I was attracted to Monument Bank by the excellent interest rate on their Welcome Saver account. It was very easy to open an account & the app is easy to use too. Early days but so far I am impressed by Monument Bank.

It was super quick and easy to set up the account, and to add funds. Great interest rate. Perfect.

What a pleasure to find an internet bank where opening an account, setting up the mobile app and accessing the account are all so delightfully easy.

I went with Monument because they had the best rate for an easy access savings account. It was straightforward to open an account: download the app and away you go. The app is really easy to navigate and it is satisfying to see interest accumulating daily. I would definitely recommend to others: be aware there is a requirement to hold a minimum of £25,000 in your savings.

Excellent sign up process, quick and easy and the interest rate is really good

Really good app which was very easy to set up. It almost instantly let's you know of deposits/withdrawals

For someone who is not every technical, I found using the app very straightforward and I like they way you can see your investment grow each day

Fantastic! I have been saving with Monument for a year and love it - the app is so easy to use, easy to see your balance and add funds. If you need help you can speak to a human :-) which is rare these days. ALL the staff are very helpful & I would recommend them to everyone.

I opened a saving account 2 weeks ago, to transfer a decent amount of money from a different saving account. There was a slight delay in doing this, and today, the 14th day since opening the account I received an e-mail that it had been closed and to call them

I called customer services to be told that they can't open the account as it is for "new customers".

I haven't used the account, I haven't transferred any money, and they closed it before I could transfer money, yet i am no longer a "new customer".

I have another account which has bene opened for longer that I am about to transfer funds into. They do not have such ridiculous rules as Monument.

Very poor service and rigid rules.

I would not recommend using Monument.

A simple, streamlined, smooth, drama free onboarding. So rare to find it came as a shock!
