Ease of use, competitive interest rates and clarity of website and app.

The application to open an account was very easy to follow, very efficient. Although I am a relatively new customer, the dealings I have had so far have been very positive 😀

I opened a saving account 2 weeks ago, to transfer a decent amount of money from a different saving account. There was a slight delay in doing this, and today, the 14th day since opening the account I received an e-mail that it had been closed and to call them

I called customer services to be told that they can't open the account as it is for "new customers".

I haven't used the account, I haven't transferred any money, and they closed it before I could transfer money, yet i am no longer a "new customer".

I have another account which has bene opened for longer that I am about to transfer funds into. They do not have such ridiculous rules as Monument.

Very poor service and rigid rules.

I would not recommend using Monument.

A simple, streamlined, smooth, drama free onboarding. So rare to find it came as a shock!

Very pleased to have my funds with these guys. Yes, I'm on the new customer, higher rate, but I am unlikely to remove my money when my 12 months are up. I like to see the daily interest earned, and then the monthly total is transferred to the balance at the end of the month. Online help was instantaneous when I needed to ask a question. Cant fault them at all. Thank you Monument.

Should show that your deposit needs to be £25,000 though when you open the account. !
