I found it very easy and straight…
I found it very easy and straight forward to open accounts. The app isn’t cluttered and you can get on with what you came for. Transfers were rapid and followed by a short notification which was nice to know that it has been transacted. Information about AER, withdrawals, etc. was concise and unburdened by fine print terms. Straightforward, professional and concise.

So easy to open a saving account. Immediate confirmation with account details and availability to use. Interest earned was sent right away at the end of the month. Super efficient with reasonably high rates. Very happy and will recommend

Monument are new to me so I’ll give 4 stars just now. Saw their name in Which report and another search for good savings. Effortlessly set up banking app and process was great for transferring to them. Texts to tell me money received and app nice and simple shows interest as you go too. So far so good.

Great app and experience to date
Offered a competitive easy access rate to attract new customers. App is easy to use, clear and handles deposits very efficiently.
No complaints atall. I went for 12 month bonus rate for new customers, the actual normal rates for this type of account looks not so competitive, so I'll have to see.
At the moment very happy, hence my 5
stars, as fscs protected and based on experience to date
