So far so good, I recently opened an account for savings, the process and technology was really good and easy to follow, I had a query which I had answered on the telephone by a very helpful person and I cannot fault them, they requested feedback on the 30/09/2026, I stated I would once the account had been set up and was running smoothly and true to my word I am pleased to say Im impressed.
On the contrary I also opened an account at the same time with CynergyBank, so far their communication has been awful and nowhere near as good for customer service as Monument Bank

Ease of opening.
Can only speak of my experience in opening two accounts with Monument. Very easy, no hassle. Unlike other banks which I’ve had poor experiences with recently. The ones that want to see all of the transactions that are going through your main bank account. Well done Monument for not going down this road.

Excellent Banking Experience

The APPworks very well
The APPworks very well, transfers are very quick,with the APP updating almost immediately, followed by a text message to confirm transaction.
The information on the APP is excellent with daily updates on balances and interest.

The Very Best Savings App.
Although all the appropriate and thorough security checks are applied during setup, once you are using the app. with FaceID or Touch ID, using the app is like lightning. Very easy to use, and yet you get all of the information you need on one screen, including the interest you are accruing on a daily basis. Transfers are almost instantaneous, and they have large limits so you don't have to make multiple transfers to do what you need like so many apps. Better than any other bank
Way better than any bank I have set up savings accounts with in the past. The app is super easy and efficient, quick to set up, deposit and withdraw and also easy to speak to an intelligent human when I needed to. Their savings rate is good too.
