Old fashioned quality and great customer service
Great products - pleasantly surprised to find the same design same quality mirrors as were fitted originally on my classic car. I contacted customer service about a minor blemish and was advised that a gentle buffing would overcome this - and it did.

A better discription of fittment…
A better discription of fittment including picture with dimensions of the wiper arm would have been very useful as often with old cars we don’t have a lot of original manufacturer info.

Wiper Blades had badly formed…
Wiper Blades had badly formed 'rubbers'. Tex quickly replaced but new set had same problem.
Further set recieved from, I understand, a new batch and these were fine.
No quible from the supplier but it took a long time to sort and quality-control/inspection looks lax.

Excellent service
Excellent service! The product was as described and the order was processed and shipped promptly. When delivery was delayed by UPS, they were on top of the situation and contacted me about the delay. The only reservation I have is that UPS was the only option for international shipping.
