Delta Review.

After playing Delta for almost 40 hours, and grinding FCPD, I would say Delta can benefit from the following:
- Allow moderators to do their jobs.
- Corruption RP needs to be limited at best. This means that Corrupt cops cannot falsely kill, arrest, and kill other cops. I think a good middle ground would be cops selling LE guns to civs, etc. This still gives SBI a purpose aswell as making it a fun experience.
- Limit gun store shootouts. This can be done by fixing the gun store team, aswell as putting a cooldown before obtaining a firearm again. Also allow cops to open the shutters and have access to all doors within strike point.

Well not only did he respond to my email he also asked if it was ok to call me to explain how the game works so I could help my Autistic son how to play. MI owner David abusing power

They are shitty community the owner, of MI David he banned me from his discord for having my username has David's Dad and dming him Hello son, he replyed after a couple of hourts and said "Bro's dead" he isn't a good owner and he abuse his power for no reason. I Don't see why this community is even good and people can disagree all they want but there maps aren't theirs they bought them and they are just shit.

Unfair and Dishonest Company

Mountain Interactive charged me without permission. When I reported it to my bank, they banned my account instead of helping me. That’s not how a serious company should act.

They also seem to shut down smaller communities and companies, maybe to avoid competition. That’s just wrong.

There are serious concerns about the people running the company, including past fraud) cases. It’s hard to trust a company with this kind of leadership.

The full documentary report from former employees of Mountain Interactive against the current Leadership will be released soon. Stay tuned for updates.

Be careful if you decide to work with them.

WARNING: Stay far away from Mountain Interactive (MI). This isn't just a scam — it's a full-blown circus of incompetence, greed, and outright deception.

I’ve had some bad experiences with online communities, but MI takes the cake for being the absolute worst. The company is a complete and utter fraud — their advertised services are misleading at best, and straight-up lies at worst. Whatever you think you're buying into, you're not. Expect to be greeted with nothing but silence when you need help. And if you do get a response? It’ll be a copy-pasted PR line with the emotional depth of a wet paper towel.

The moderation team is a disaster. It genuinely feels like they rounded up a bunch of unsupervised teenagers from Discord and gave them admin powers for laughs. One minute they're roleplaying war generals, the next they're banning people for typing in all caps. Professionalism? Non-existent. If you question a mod, you're out. If you blink wrong? Banned. I once saw someone get permanently banned for saying “bro chill” in global chat.

And the owner? I don’t even know where to begin. This guy makes Emperor Palpatine look like a competent community manager. He bans people without warning, lies constantly, and seems to exist solely to squeeze as much money as possible from players. He’s notorious for shady practices, and from multiple accounts (including my own), he’s been involved in doxxing threats and even personal harassment. There's literally a rumor he hooked up with someone’s mom as revenge for a bad review. I wish I was joking.

Subscription system? Laughably overpriced. $39 a month for some half-baked “premium” perks in a Roblox game? What are we paying for — server lag and admin abuse? I bought a subscription with my own money and got nothing I was promised. No refunds. No support. Just radio silence and a shadowban.

And let’s not forget the censorship. They actively remove negative Trustpilot reviews. I posted a 3-star review with actual feedback — not even a 1-star slam — and it was flagged as “fake.” I provided receipts, purchase history, even a screenshot of the owner thanking me personally for buying Lifetime Premium, and they still removed it. I’m not the only one. Dozens of other users have had their honest criticism buried because MI can’t handle any accountability.

Even the staff members who work there are treated like garbage. Empty promises, no recognition, and constant burnout while the owner counts his profits. The community is slowly waking up to how toxic the leadership is, but it’s not fast enough.

If you're reading this and thinking of donating or subscribing — DON’T. This is not a game studio. This is a money funnel built on manipulation and hype. Fun games, sure, but not worth the soul-crushing disappointment of dealing with the people behind them.

Mountain Interactive is the Roblox equivalent of a Ponzi scheme wearing a Fortnite hoodie. I hope it gets shut down, investigated, or better yet, replaced by a team that actually respects its players.

We’ve read your review carefully, and while we understand you had a negative experience, many of the claims you’ve made are false, exaggerated, or simply not true.

First, Mountain Interactive is not a scam. We are a legitimate game development studio, and everything we offer is clearly listed before purchase. Calling our work a “Ponzi scheme” or “fraud” without proof is not only unfair, it’s misleading.

As for our support, we respond to tickets within 24–48 hours on average. If you’ve experienced silence, then it likely means you didn’t reach us through our official support page, because we don’t ignore players who follow the correct process.

Regarding moderation, our team operates under set guidelines to keep our games fair and enjoyable. We don’t randomly ban people “for laughs” and we certainly don’t ban people over harmless words without context. We have an appeals system for anyone who feels they were treated unfairly.

The personal attacks you’ve made toward me as the owner are completely false. I’ve never engaged in doxxing, harassment, or anything close to what you’ve described. Making up rumors like “hooking up with someone’s mom” is not only absurd, it’s slanderous.

On the topic of subscriptions, the price reflects the cost of ongoing development, hosting, and creating new content. Perks are delivered as described, and if something doesn’t work, our team fixes it. Refunds are processed according to our clearly posted policy.

About the Trustpilot reviews: we don’t control which reviews stay or get removed. That’s entirely up to Trustpilot’s own review team. If your review was taken down, it was their decision after their own investigation, not ours.

Lastly, we value our staff. We communicate with them, recognize their contributions, and address concerns directly. Suggesting that we treat them like “garbage” is inaccurate and dismissive of the efforts we put into building a supportive team.

We get that not everyone will agree with our rules, prices, or moderation decisions. But there’s a difference between honest criticism and spreading falsehoods. If you have real feedback and evidence, we invite you to bring it directly to us so we can address it properly.

Mountain Interactive will continue to focus on making fun, fair, and safe games for everyone who chooses to play them.

You have to legit pay for EVERYTHING

You have to legit pay for EVERYTHING, even for 32 bucks a month you barely get anything, huge pay-to win mentality, they gotta lower the prices befote I gotta sell my organs, not to mention how 1 SINGLE VEHICLE COSTS AROUND 30 BUCKS.
The game barely gives donators anything, not worth 30 bucks / month in my opinion.

Donations and premium options are there for players who want extra perks or to help support ongoing development, server costs, and new content.

The $32/month tier you mentioned includes multiple benefits, not just one vehicle. Pricing is based on the time, work, and hosting costs required to create and maintain those items. Vehicles, in particular, take weeks of development time, custom scripting, and testing before they’re ready to use in-game, which is why some individual items have a higher cost.

We understand not everyone will find the value worth it for their play style, and that’s fine. It’s optional. Our goal is to keep the base game fair for everyone while offering extras for those who want to go further in customizing their experience.

If you have specific ideas for perks you’d like to see added to premium tiers, we’re always open to hearing them. You can reach out via our support site so we can take your suggestions into account.

A little sketchy

Honestly feels like the donating is a money grabbing scheme. You bought titanium? Good for you. You want cool OBJ "custom" cars? Pay another $70 - $150 for a useless asset. I mean, the car quality is inconsistent, and I'm pretty sure 90% of all of them are game ripped bases from GTA 5 mods. Hey, chase that bag, but do it in an honest way. Hopefully it doesn't carry on in the near future.

Titanium membership includes a range of perks, and any additional vehicle purchases are also optional for those who want them.

Regarding vehicle quality and originality, all our content is reviewed before release. We do not knowingly use ripped or unlicensed assets from other games. Many of our vehicles are built from scratch or from licensed base models, and we continually work to improve consistency and quality. If you have evidence of a specific asset violation, we encourage you to report it through our support channels so we can investigate.

We’re committed to being transparent with our players and to keeping our monetization fair while still funding the work it takes to create and maintain the game. Feedback like yours is taken seriously, and we’ll continue to improve based on what we hear from the community.

Lied to and scammed

I feel like I have been misled and lied to when I bought a subscription with irl money I have been scammed and lied to I hope they shut this down because money is the only thing keeping me this stuff alive the owner is toxic and bans people for no reason they don’t give refunds either

We do not ban players “for no reason.” All moderation actions are taken in line with our posted rules and are reviewable through our appeal process. Regarding refunds, our policy is clearly stated and follows the guidelines set out on our website.

I had a terrible experience with MI

I had a terrible experience with MI. In my opinion, this company is nothing short of a scam. The services they advertise are completely misleading, and they fail to deliver on any of their promises. Communication is almost non-existent, and when they do respond, it's with vague or empty reassurances.

To make matters worse, their moderation team seems incredibly unqualified - it feels like the team is made up of immature kids who spend all day on Discord and Roblox, treating their role like a game rather than a responsibility. The lack of professionalism is shocking

The owner, from what i've heard, comes off as incredibly unprofessional and shady. Many people, including myself, feel misled and taken advantage of. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with MI to steer clear. There are far more trustworthy and transparent options out there.

Genuinely the worst Roblox community in a nutshell. The staff is not only incompetent but at times dismissive. Do not donate a single cent, Titanium isn't worth it at all.

Mountain Interactive’s games are good, but their team seems arrogant and only cares about money. $39 a month is too expensive, especially with pay to win games. It’d be great to see another Community who values their own community more.
