Mountain Interactive is a roleplay game on Roblox. Yet it boasts a surprising level of realism and great little details. Someone obviously cared about the little things that go into making realistic gameplay, and it's a breath of fresh air from so many other roleplay games that fail to acknowledge this type of stuff. Where things fall short? Not too many bugs exist, which is great; however, when a bug does exist, it can be annoying. The push updates to resolve issues in the game are not as frequent as they should be, and therefore, little bugs that could be fixed for better gameplay could be avoided if new pushes came sooner rather than later. The second downfall involves the staff. The communication with the moderation team is poor; there is no obvious suggestion that player grievances are acknowledged in a timely fashion—or at all. Staff require better training to learn how to respond to players—some do not acknowledge when other players are treating people poorly—staff and players alike. Ultimately, Mountain Interactive has the potential with the mechanics to be something greater in comparison to other Roblox roleplay games. Yet with bugs and staffing failures, the player base will be slowly annoyed if not fixed sooner rather than later. It will be an easy fix for a game destined to be near the top in the Roblox roleplay genre. It will just take some time and some effort.

It's a great company that makes Roleplay game based of real life. It is really realisitic, and over well great experience. Mods are always there to help and it makes the gameplay much more great! I hope they continue their dream to make a RP game on GTA 6!❤️

Very pay to win, can’t even get a car without having to be a “Titanium Donator” which you need to pay 600$ a MONTH! For a Roblox game, 99$ for a police bike?

Love the game and style but they do need to improve updates because they have been in development with some updates for over a year and promises to release them have been pulled back many times but other than that great company would recommend

I've been a member for several months now and I can say that it is worth every penny and allows me to have a unique roleplaying experience within Perris, California and LA games.

My time within the Mountain Interactive Community has been more then pleasurable. My quest to experience everything Mountain Interactive has to offer lead me to joining their community moderation team. This one action allowed me to connect with many members of the community, some of which are now great friends. Additionally, I had looked into doing some development work for the group which had lead me to meet Ash. Ash is a company lead for Mountain Interactive, and handles the development team. Ash was very helpful, and provided me with fast response. Overall I had a great time within Mountain Interactive.

My ticket was handled by Victor and honestly I have nothing to complain about. My ticket was dealt with so fast and it was handled with respect.

You guys are just making money from us. The game is fun, but I shouldn't have to pay to unlock everything.

Really fun game, really bad moderation. I don't like the fact that you can buy moderation in this game and I don't think the higher ups know how to train people either. I have only seen about 7 good moderators on this game who know what to do. The developers are REALLY good at doing there job, they listen to the community and take ideas in to then add into the game. If the higher ups are reading this I would suggest not letting people buy moderation, I know you guys want money but like come on now yall ain't that greedy.

Really great community! I've really enjoyed the subscriptions and other addons. For me, one of my favorite things about the games that MI has, is that you don't NEED to have any form of subscription or paid game addition. I can definitely see this community growing day by day, and I'm really happy to be a part of it.

I love victor and david, best owners and developers, everytime I get to be a sheriff or a police officer and there's a situation, I smile and giggle always because this brings me so much joy on how realistic this is, I just love this community and all the moderation team, I wish to specifically be whitelisted as an USMC, Unfortunately I need lots of training so it'll not happen and I'm poor, Thank you David and ur team for creating such an awesome experience

The mods on this game are so terrible. im sick of everyone getting perm banned like ban them for a couple of days. I got perm banned by littlegrasshopper for RDM just one but there's someone with 3xFRP. that got a 1 day ban like WHAT THE FRICK. your mods need better training and application. Or there just being corrupt.

To start this off, I like the game and how it works but from my experience they need to improve the management. I dont know why I purchase items for a older verison of the game, and then it doesnt work, I thought I would just contact support because maybe this is bugged, but they tell me to fvck off and pay AGAIN for the same thing I already poured money out of my pocket for. And I reached out to support via email and talked to staff ingame and both times they refused to even try to elaborate. Thank you

The development team itself is great, staff team is very understandable and very active and the only thing that could improve would be the community itself which is not anyone's fault. Overall everything is at best as it could be. Of course there's always room for improvement and I'm excited to see what Mountain Interactive has to bring up in future.
