My daughter was purchasing a house in Birmingham . I insisted on a full survey and contacted Midland Property Services, an RICS member who provided a full and detailed report. This was followed up by Warren Gill MRICS who dealt with my queries in full.

Due to the findings of the inspection the purchase did not proceed.

I can highly recommend Midland Property Services for providing a comprehensive and professional service and would certainly employ them again should the need arise

The Homebuyer's Survey was worth the investment, it was professional, easy to read and Mike and Warren were able to talk through and offer further advice, which was invaluable, especially during the stress of thinking of moving house.

I needed a structural report for my mortgage application for my bank after their own "surveyor" reported quite a few problems. The service that I received from Midland Property Services really was great. Warren did a very thorough job and provided an in depth report that addressed all of the issues and more. The report itself came with loads of photos and advice on remedial work, and I had it within 2 days of the visit. The report gave my bank everything they needed first time, and I'm now a homeowner. Did I mention that the report cost me about half of what I'd been quoted by other firms? Overall I had a great experience and would heartily recommend MPS to anyone!

Highly recommended. Being a first time buyer, I wasn't sure what survey to go for but decided in the end to go for a full survey for piece of mind and it was worth every penny. I used Midland Property Surveys Limited to conduct a building survey on a traditional 3 bedroom semi-detached house. The service was excellent, from start to finish. The surveyor, Warren Gill, certainly knew his stuff and was very thorough and clear with his findings. As part of the service, Warren provided a verbal summary of his visit to the property – with highlights of his findings, before writing the report. This was very helpful, particularly to get a sense of any potential showstoppers or costly repairs. The report was detailed and practical – with clear signposts to actions, legal matters and work required.

Got the survey done really quickly, phoned on the same day with a verbal response and completed the written report within one week.

Very professional and careful. The surveyor carefully explained to me about the condition of the property and provide recommodation on improvement and necessary work. We have avoided buying a property of poor condition which we could not determine by naked eyes. We would strongly recommend their services.
