Competent and friendly support! The representative that helped me was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I have only had positive experiences with the CTM staff and this was no exception.

My question was answered very quickly and help navigating to get my file back in order! I had not used a couple of the features in a while and forgot how to integrate counter offer date into the calendar… The representative was super knowledgeable and got me there quickly
Great Support and Knowledge
Working with MRI to maintain and improve our PMX system has been a much smoother experience when we began working together as a Company to tackle the Software. Customer support is able to quickly solve many of our issues very quickly. If a ticket ever does need to get sent up the ladder, I know the Lead's expertise is a boon to the team to have the issue fully resolved (Shout out Chelsea & Nicole!). Support is also a great resource of information for implementations to prevent issues in the future and how to catch them early. The X7 revamp has also been a great enhancement to the base product. Our Account Managers have also been great resources for unused applications and how they can be implemented.

Fast, Friendly and Effective Service - I always know that when I have to call for support it will be a pleasant experience. Today I needed help finding a document that I'd lost in the system - within seconds it was back in the file and I felt like I'd called a friend - super pleasant experience.

We experienced a server related issue and MRI fixed it at 3:30am our time. The customer service was.is amazing. MRI staff really care!

Quick and responsive. Immediately answered my question. Made it easy and efficient to contact and provide a solution.
Reception Quality
The quality of the CS staff is routinely top shelf. Very knowledgeable & respectful. The issue I have is with respect to the telephone reception. The quality of the audio - volume & clarity can be problematic. Do not have this issue with other numbers called. Tells me there is something in your system &/or network that hinders reception. It is worse when your CS staff is using speaker phones on their end.
The Customer Services is great!
Ease of use & storage of documents. Technical support.
Service is efficient and fast when needing assistance. I recently needed a quick response in the middle of a contract under a deadline. Very grateful I didn’t have to sit around waiting for a response.
