Great service
Great service, I got a text to say the engineer would arrive within the hour. When he turned up he was lovely, friendly, really fast and helped me plug everything in to get the Internet up and running, even the bits he didn't have to do, it was much appreciated :)

My engineer was Ash he was a very happy pleasant man and took his boots off even tho I said he didn't need to on this wood floor but he insisted. He did a good job too.

Jack our field sales agent was so…
Jack our field sales agent was so helpful throughout this process, upon arriving home from work and not being able to set up the new WiFi that had been installed, we called Jack and within mins he was round setting it up for us.
