However, my experience with Michael Usher Mortgage, specifically working with Mrs. Biva Gurung, was completely different and truly outstanding. She guided me through the entire mortgage process with great professionalism and also suggested alternative options that were extremely helpful for my situation. Communication was always clear and timely, and I was kept up to date at every stage. Unlike my past experience, I never had to chase for updates—she was proactive and ensured everything stayed on track. I am extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend her.

Both Biva Gurung and Sima Rai have been exceptional throughout our housing process, providing top class service.
