Cheating company
Last year I came to the UK as a student and got my insurance. There was no information about compulsory excess in the website even when I was appling. I applied 500£ volunteer. They didn't send me final certificate till I paid the money. Finally I got the certificate and it was mentioned that the excess is 2750£!!!!!!. For a 1000£car. Other companeies have application and easily you can access your policy. Even now I can not find any information about my compulsory excess

I own a vehicle recovery business which recovered one of there customers vehicles in January, after 8 days we had not heard from them which is strange as we deal with 6-7 different insurance company’s a month and usually hear from them within 24-48 hours so I proceeded to contact them to be told they have no garages available to take on the work at the moment but would get it collected asap, 14 days later we are still chasing them to collect there customers vehicle with no response on a collection date, this is all while there customer is without a vehicle as they need the vehicle to be checked by a assessor before they can proceed, the lad in the office doesn’t seem to have a clue as to what he is doing, after asking to speak with a manager I was told that he was busy and to call back, no offer to call me back, I had to call back, when I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told the “Manager” is in fact the team leader/supervisor and manager 😅, after reading all the bad reviews on here it’s clear to see why, just from our view and we don’t hold a policy with them and wouldn’t take out one with this company even if they was the cheapest around and for sure will not be doing any work for this insurance company moving forward, as I said above we deal with 6-7 different insurance company’s a month and have never had any issues like we have with these, but let this be said, while there customers vehicle is at our place it’s costing the insurance company money daily, which because it’s a cost to them they UP your insurance on the next renewal even though they can’t provide a service your paying for 🧐.
Let that sink in.

Worst insurance company by far. After I agreed a policy, they called me and charge me extra 500 pounds. Even if I tried to cancel it they also charging 50pounds cancellation fee. Totally worst experience I have ever had.

Should you ever be involved with a client of this company you are screwed.
Their client ran into my van yesterday. I was told I need to speak to the elite and mysterious ‘third party allegations’ team who are so elite they cannot speak to peasants like us. I sent the email and cannot get a reply. When I rang some idiot told me they are so elite she can’t intercept and help. I’m with a real insurance company so just claiming through them as I can see trouble ahead with this sham called Mulsanne. What’s even worse is the at fault party is trying their best to contact these morons and they are getting nowhere. They even paid for their own recovery truck as Mulsanne put them on hold for 45 minutes while their car was blocking an entire street.
Don’t waste your time Aimee sending that stupid generic unhelpful reply. Just focus on doing your job correctly

Worse insurance company in the entire world. Run by cheeky greedy people. They valued my car £5k less than market value and after that they cancelled my insurance. You can seek your right in that firm. Never ever again.

Well after reading the reviews I will not be insuring with Boom/Mulsanne Insurance Company Limited even though they are the cheapest by a 15%.

Awful … cannot pay out … everything is dragging on . If you don’t call daily nothing gets done … everyone staff member says something else …. AVOID THIS COMPANY - BOOM .

This company has an absolutely shambolic claims team. I have had an ongoing query with them since march 22 and they still haven’t done anything!!!
My first claims handler was always out of office and since then they haven’t really done anything to help me. Instead they just cause you more grief and distress.

They’re not professional at all. They will hold you cars crash module hostage because they don’t want to pay out.

They do nothing to solve anything. They just drag you in circles and don’t respond, they never have a straight answer.

I will be going to the ombudsman about them and seeking legal advice and action against them.

Worst insurance company ever.

Worst insurance ever not recommended after 5 months of having my car in garage due to vandalism I ended up paying my self for repair because they said is not releated to claim they even not communicate with me for 5 months I had to chase everything my self scammers!!!

Worst insurer, i have a taxi policy in place any dont even give taxi courtesy plated vehicle for me to continue working, how am i meant to support my family! Appalling

I can see that my problem with this insurance company is the same as most commenters. My car was damaged by a Mulsanne insured driver. The driver ran away from the scene of the accident and then crashed his car, leaving it behind and running away on foot. The police were called and took the perpetrator's car to the police parking lot. I got the offender's policy number. I can't get a replacement car because Mulsanne doesn't confirm the accident's insurance. The case goes to court. I have dash cam recordings (front and back), I have the perpetrator's registration numbers, his name and surname (social media works wonders), I have photos of the perpetrator from the scene of the accident (former witnesses). I do not recommend the Mulsanne insurance company. Please do not write to me that without details you can not help anything, because I called you several times, gave all the details and in response I heard that you have nothing in the system but the person talking to me suddenly had to consult the manager. You will pay the money due to me anyway, because this is what the insurance is for and I am not the perpetrator but the victim. I have time, and Mulsanne will pay for the damage anyway. No greetings and I hope that no one will ever use your insurance again.

Aimee, instead of writing absolutely pointless generic replies telling us to contact the claims team who will be absolutely useless.. Maybe actually try get these complaints escalated? There’s clearly big issues with this company and either senior management/directors really don’t care..

Also just avoid this company at all costs! And hope you don’t get hit by one of there policy holders!

My partner and I are having the same problem as everyone else it seems. Our car was damaged by a Mulsanne insured driver and we are getting nowhere with them. Painfully slow process and almost impossible to speak to anyone.

Instead of responding to all these negative reviews with an email address and phone number (both of which we have already tried to contact), spend your time responding to actual claims.

They have refused to accept liability even when their insured promised me the day of the incident that his insurer "Mulsanne insurance company" will get in touch.
Very disappointing and shameful. I emailed them some images from the scene of the incident and they are yet to respond.

Mulsanne Insuarance company is the worse insurance company I ever come across or dealt with. This includes their best two amigos cronies (Well Dunn limited and insurance revolution) .So many negative reviewswith similar stories to mine,at some point you need to change your ways! How are you even allowed to operate and work with the public in this country? To make a claim you will have to move heaven and earth, that’s if they don’t alter the excessive cover without your consent or knowledge. From a claim of £2500 ,I was paid £240. I hope and pray the financial conduct authority investigate your company!
You are a scamming Insuarance company ,and that’s a fact! You need to be hold accountable and the public deserved the right to be treated fairly .

Their claiming company (key claims) is useless and not sure if the staffing are incompetent or they write everything on stones .They will ask you to provide your details everytime of why you want your claim when call them !Its 2022 and not 10BC !

They will lie , feedback and respond back stating they don’t have a policy with you.If there was a way to upload documents on here ,I would done so.Have the decency and respect to apologise when you are wrong !Stop stealing and black mailing people !I will be making a formal written complaint to FCA and take legal action route with my solicitor.

My friend is looking on Facebook to find cheap insurance and he found a person who’s providing insurance via this company and im not sure how this company is ? Why is there so many bad reviews

No words to say anything about this insurance company.its worse than shot,stay away from this liars, cheating company.

I feel everybody's pain on here regarding these people. My sons car was destroyed by one of their insured, totally banged to rights and they can't accept liability. Such a poorly run outfit of people. They won't respond to calls or emails. This company is so bad, I can't believe I'm wasting my time even writing this. Avoid.

I have your car insurance ( Mulsanne car insurance) through Hedgehog car insurance.
My car was damaged more than one month.
Still my car was in garage without repair.
Hedgehog’s Customer service is rubbish.
Last one month I tried to call 15 times but no response from them.
Still I m waiting for my final approval.
Is it a joke !!!!

Please keep away from this 2 companies.
