Great service from Music Matter. A bit of a hitch with getting the delivery from DPD was sorted out by Music Matter who responded to my email really quickly (and on a bank holiday weekend). Really happy with the item which was a damaged box reduced price bit of stock but still basically good as new. Highly recommended.

Great customer service, I picked the wrong shipping option, they rang me to double-check I wanted delivery instead of collection, otherwise I would have had a long round trip to pick my order up. Item was exactly as described and arrived quickly. Highly recommended.

After extensive internet research, I concluded that Music Matter had some of the best reviews of customer service in the UK. They were also a main dealer of the product I bought so I felt confident, should I require after-sales support in the future. Great Service. Great value.
I had previously tried to get my item from another supplier, but they kept changing the date of delivery without informing me or giving a reason. I then seen Music Matter advertised so I checked them out. I ordered the item and recieved it within a couple of days. They were also cheaper than what I was going to pay to the original supplier. Great service and kept me informed all the way. Fantastic company. I will use again.

Good place to visit and shop around
The showroom is big enough to demonstrate music instruments. I have bought a pair of active Dynaudio speakers. The manager and sales executives are helpful and provide information of products. Comparison available and let me choose my music to listen.

Moog Subharmonicon
I’ve been after the Moog Subharmonicon for quite some time now and when I searched for this exquisite piece Music Matters came up,
I gave them a ring and spoke to Julie and she was immensely helpful in sorting out an issue and we managed to get it sorted out, very polite and if there is anything else I’m after I’m going back there for sure.
Delivery was also fast next day delivery and was very pleased and happy with my experience there.
