I've been a user of MPN when working across Europe over some 8 years. Rarely has there been an outage and even more rarely have I needed to contact Support. Once again the response has been swift, efficient and the person (Afdzal) who provided the solution to my ineptitude was extremely helpful. Thanks all, keep up the good work!

Really happy with the persistence and patience of their support team.

A great, reliable service and when a problem arises, they respond quickly with a solution. I found my ISP had discovered a way to block access and MPN came up not only with the solution, but step by step instructions of how to apply them.

We have been using My Private Network for several years now and across all five continents. Ninety nine percent of the time it works very well and for the one percent when it hasn't, usually because of quirks with the local wi-fi, then the support team have been very responsive, enabling us to overcome the problem quickly. Used the MPN vpn service for about 8 years whilst living in Sweden. Enabled us to watch BBC iPlayer etc when no conventional British TV was otherwise available. First class product and well worth the money. Much better than risking some of the alternative so called free of charge vpn's.

It's a little strange to have your computer operated by somebody else but also interesting to see how easily the experts manipulate the computer. I was left very impressed how quickly and efficiently my connection problems were solved.

My Private Network is a simple and reliable VPN service with great performance, speed is as fast and well suited for HD streaming and file downloads.

I have been a customer for many years and My Private Network has always been my go to company for VPN services.

The customer service is excellent, all of the staff that i have had the pleasure of being helped by have been well informed, friendly and dedicated to helping solve my problems and have gone out of their way to help me to set up a VPN network that works.

Signed up with some trepidation - terminology alone can be enough to put you off if you're not that technically minded when it comes to computers.
Couldn't figure out how to set it up - do I sign up for the country where I live, or the one I plan to visit? I got it wrong (a 50/50 thing!) but the help link proved very effective. Sent a query before bed and the explanation, together with the country adjustment was waiting for me in the morning.
So - instructions could be better for the non geeks - other than that - So far so good!

As an ex-pat the luxury of having MPN is well appreciated. It was easy to set up and on the rare occasions that I have needed assistance this has been immediately available and has solved my problems (most of which arise only because of my limited computer skills). The service is reliable, low cost, and efficient. I do not hesitate in giving MPN my highest recommendation for both internet and tv/media uses.

I use this VPN Service when at our holiday home in Spain which enables me to watch our home (UK) TV. Superb and reasonably priced service.

I have used MPN now for over two years and I cannot fault it. Just had an issue with my update to Yosemite and the support was excellent. Immediate response, great patience - problem solved
