Been using MPN for 4 years now and they were good when I started and have improved since then. Set up instructions are clear.
Most important is the customer response department. Very, very prompt and detailed replies to any query I have asked.
Excellent service which I have no hesitation in recommending. The fact that I`m taking the time to write this review says it all!!

After a number of years using this company I suddenly had some connection issues. I contacted the helpdesk and received a very prompt response. When the problem wasn't resolved they arranged for a technician to work on my computer remotely whilst I watched on. The technician was very professional and resolved the issue quickly and was able to offer advice to prevent further issues.
I will continue to use My Private Network and reccommend them to my colleagues.

I would recommend to everybody the service I have received has been exemplary I cannot fault it in any way or form.Well done My Private Network.

Very rapid resolution of problems with network connections from Bahrain (< 12 hours and overnight). In this case it was a problem with an old laptop rather than the network. Excellent, flawless and friendly service once again.

Couple of issues with my Chromebook connectivity and use abroad over the last 11 months - MPN were very quick to respond and sorted out any problems with little fuss.

I had a problem with launching Tunnelblick after changing my MPN password. I emailed Customer Support for which I received a very quick response which solved my problem. I will have no hesitation renewing my yearly subscription when it is due.

Title says it all really. A fast and efficient service, though occasionally at peak times the network can be a little slow (as likely to be a problem with our internet connection to be fair).

I did lots of research about watching UK TV in Italy and decided to use My Private Network. Great decision by me !!! I had to email the help desk several times (due to my incompetence) and every time I received a prompt, polite and very helpful response. The initial setup was eventually simple to complete and the new iPad app even simpler.

Every year I have problems renewing my subscription for one reason or another but always get there in the end thanks to the support teams prompt action. This year it was Chris's misfortune to pick up my original email but has stuck to my problem and still working with me. Problems in the area I live trying to block the service but I am sure we will get there in the end. Thanks Chris
