Really good system, I received valid quotes for the actual job I had requested and was able to book this once I had decided where to go. Price was honoured for the work quoted without any issues. I'll use again whenever I need a price quoting as it's surprising the difference in prices.

ASKED FOR QUOTE TO REPLACE A LEAKING OIL COOLER SEAL ON A E350 MERCEDES V TYPE ENGINE . FAULT IS CORRECTLY DIAGOSED . EVERY BUSINESS ON HERE THEN TRIED TO GET ME TO PAY FOR A NEW HEALTH INSPECTION FROM £29.99 TO £60 AND IGNORED THE ORIGINAL REASON FOR THE INQUIRY. DONT NEED A HEALTH CHECK JUST A CORRECT ANSWER TO MY INQUIRY. WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT !!!!

I contacted “My car needs a” on Sunday. I got three quotes. One was expensive. One didn’t reply to my question. So I contacted the third, on Monday. They booked me in for the next day. I arrived on time. They had the car sorted in 45 minutes. The car didn’t need any adjustments, wheels where switched around tyre pressures brought up to spec. And they didn’t charge me. Perfect.

Got the garage a little before my “booked” time. This was 40 min to 1 hour job. After zero contact I re visited and asked for an update to be told my car would be next in line. 1.5 hours later again after zero contact I revisited to be told that they could not do the job due to come back office computer update failure.

First time using this app and I found it brilliant being disabled the company I used came to me fantastic service
