I had such a helpful 45-minute call…
I had such a helpful 45-minute call with Kate and felt in very good hands throughout. She was incredibly professional, warm and friendly, which made it really easy to talk openly and ask questions.
It was really useful to complete the questionnaires beforehand, as they helped pinpoint what I wanted to get out of the conversation. Kate took me through a lot of helpful and educational information, always keeping my main concerns and priorities at the forefront.
At the end, we identified a clear plan and something to take forward, which I was then able to successfully discuss with my GP. I really appreciated how knowledgeable, supportive and thorough Kate was, while still making the whole experience feel very personal and relaxed.
I’d definitely recommend Kate and the Centre!

Amazing

I couldn’t recommend this company…
I couldn’t recommend this company enough , every member of staff I have encountered has been so friendly, professional and helpful. I had a consultation with a lovely Dr Greaves who asked me detailed questions and I felt really listened to. Dr Greaves gave me honest information to enable me to choose the type of treatment I wanted to try . After years and years of frustration with my GP and not getting anywhere it is such a relief to be finally getting somewhere . 10 out of 10 from me .

A very helpful and useful conversation
It felt like I was actually being listened to by someone who was educated in menopause, treatment of and symptoms. My concerns on hair loss was also not dismissed and there was action and next steps on this which I do not get from my GP.

Very friendly and understanding staff…
Very friendly and understanding staff to talk to. The doctor was excellent, very thorough, caring and clearly explained everything ( only wish my GP was like this! ) and very promptly sorted my medication and sent me a follow up letter explaining everything we had talked about in my consultation.
I would highly recommend them.

I was suffering with intense hot…
I was suffering with intense hot flushes every hour of the day! Tried everything but nothing worked so my daughter booked an appointment with this clinic and my hot flushes are reduced to 80% now. The staff at the clinic was very helpful and absolutely amazing.

It was very easy to set up the phone session. The doctor was incredibly helpful and I felt really heard and understood. I was able to make the right decision for me and the prescription service was easy and quick. Would use again.

Booking an appointment with the My…
Booking an appointment with the My Menopause Centre was the best thing I did. At only 44, I just thought all these changes physically and mentally to my body, mood and cycle was something I just had to live with. After going to see my GP a few times, re various symptoms - relentless fatigue, heart palpitations, Headaches, UTIs, unusual bleeding cycles, less patience, restless sleeping patterns, restless legs, being hot being more emotional and sometimes just vacant. I then pushed for a full blood count and after ruling everything else out, as all the tests came back with in range and no action required, my doctor left it at that.
But the My Menopause doctor listened and gave me sound knowledgeable advice, and we set out together a personalised medical hormone balancing plan of action, unique to me, my symptoms, and my age to help lessen all these symptoms.
I can't comment yet on if these treatments we have decided on, works for me. As I've just received the patches and natural pills. ( Which were delivered the very next day after my consultation)
I will have a follow up in 3 months to see how my body is reacting to the treatments. But there are health consultants through My Menopause Centre that I can contact at anytime if I feel any of these medications need to be adapted or are not working or agreeing with me.
It's a Menopause journey - buy one that doesn't need to be uncomfortable or affect my dad to day life!

Great experience
I had my initial consultation with Gabriella Smee through My Menopause Centre on 03/08/2026.
The appointment went well despite me feeling anxious that day and being emotional. I felt understood and listend to. I was suffering for several years not knowing what was happening to me as I'm going through menopause early. Gabriella assessed my symptoms and confirmed that they are consistent with perimenopause. She was very understanding, polite and supportive and recommended an HRT treatment to ease my symptoms. She also explained all available treatment options and risks.
I'm very satisfied with the whole process and can highly recommend them.

Excellent Service
My Menopause Centre provided an exceptional service for me whilst I was struggling with my symptoms. I've used this service twice, the initial consultation and treatment and then a follow up call a year later. Both felt very personal and bespoke to my requirements.
Extensive discussions into my symptoms, lifestyle and research into my medical information which forms a very comprehensive report and plan of action which is shared with your GP. For me it worked brilliantly and I can't recommend them enough.
Excellent advice, treatment plan and follow up. I have no doubt I would not have been able to access this level of service and quality of information and treatments agreed via the normal GP route.
If you're struggling and getting nowhere, don't hesitate to contact My Menopause Centre, they are fabulous
