Helpful advice
In this day and age it’s very difficult to see a doctor. So to know and get good advice from my pharmacies cuts out the anxiety when choosing what remedies are available and supply them too, quickly at that, is ideal

I couldn't fault the service! provided
I couldn't fault the service provided, I suffered a herniated disc, couldn't get to the doctors so couldn't get any medication. Explained the symptoms and the medication required. I had an answer within an hour, the medication arrived next day. Would highly recommend and not hesitate to use this service again.

Expensive and unreliable
Paid for first class delivery and received a message saying package would arrive on Tuesday, waited all day and it didn't arrive. Went into tracking site to discover that it wasn't even in Scotland. 24hours later still no change. Item arrived 2 days late with no explanation. Product was required on the Tuesday and arrived too late, I had to find another way of getting the medication on time. No apologies either

Thank you for the feedback. You selected Royal Mail 1st Class which can take up to 1-2 working days as per the description. We dispatched the order promptly on the next working day.
Apologies, Royal Mail did take longer than they should have. Unfortunately this is out of our hands. Royal Mail and other couriers can take longer for deliveries in Scotland.

My only choice on On-Line Pharmacy. My orders always get approved and sent out fast. I also appreciate the questionnaires on every order to provent any mistakes on prescribed medications. 5 stars from me

Have been with My Pharmacy for a fair amount of time now.
I cannot fault any part of my experience, always promptly delivered and on the very rare occasion I've experienced an issue it has been dealt with professionalism and a satisfactory outcome.
This is probably the best way best online pharmacy I've dealt with.
