Mark Hallam and George are the BEST!
Mark Hallam and George have been here in my office today to fix the printing machine. They have come down perfectly on time and have not only checked what the problem was with the machine, but they went above and beyond by checking all other parts of the machine. They explained what I should do in case of future issues with the printing machine. They both conducted themselves in a very professional and extremely graceful way. Nothing was too much trouble and the printer was fitted in within good time.
Showed how all the functions worked and took all the packaging away with them.

We were moving office and needed to get new printer.

We decided to switch to My Group when…
We decided to switch to My Group when our lease was up, they were hot on price, and hot on customer service.
The whole process was simple and we were supported all the way,. Now two weeks on I have mastered the differences and the results are really good.
and to cap it all the engineer lives a few doors away.

Great, accommodating, friendly service
I was really pleased with My Group Printing's professionalism and customer care, and I can honestly say that they provided excellent service.
Claire was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and supportive throughout the process, assisting us in selecting the best solution for our business and the budget.
Installation was quick and easy, and Mark and George went above and beyond as well as thoroughly explained the printer's features and functionalities.
I would strongly recommend My Group Printing, and in fact, we are taking on more services including Franking machines.

We have been using My Printing Room for…
We have been using My Printing Room for over a year now and happy with the overall customer service and the printers we hire off of them, especially our HP Wide Format, since this was installed we have had no issues.
