Amazing customer care from Mark!
I was initially experiencing frequent jamming issues with my printer and decided to call in an engineer for assistance. Mark, the engineer who came to help, not only efficiently resolved the jamming problems but also demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise by identifying and fixing other issues with the printer. His commitment to going the extra mile to find comprehensive solutions was truly impressive, and he ultimately got my printer back in perfect working order. Thank you for a job well done!

Outstanding and Friendly Service
The service from My Printing Room has been outstanding. Deanna was prompt, knowledgable and extremely friendly when helping us choose the correct product for our office. We were kept informed of lead times and delivery estimates and when the copier arrived, Mark and George were very helpful and patient with setting it up for us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team and thank them for all their help.

I have nothing but praise for this company. Claire has been a massive support and source of advice from day1. I was invited into their office to view the machine to make sure it met my needs and the team were very helpful with all of my questions.

I have had the pleasure to deal with this company on several occasions to rescue my printer. I cannot thank Mark Hallum enough for his time and patience in fixing the IT problem associated with the printer. The service he provided was quick, friendly and very efficient as well as being very knowledgeable, thank goodness for that as I am a bit of a technophobe. Well done!! you deserve a 5 star review.
