Can’t contact Telta
Placed an order directly with MyTelta for a replacement bladder for our new lounge awning as it’s developed a puncture. Received the order confirmation on 5th April. Chased for an update on 13th April using their info@ email - no response. Filled in their web form on 20th April - no confirmation and still no response. No acknowledgement or updates. Happy to take my money but can’t fulfil or communicate. Really disappointed
