National Private Investigators  Avaliações

I highly recommend **Private Investigators**, especially Jack. I contacted him during a very distressing personal situation and needed my car checked for hidden cameras and listening devices.

Jack was professional, punctual, kind, and kept me updated throughout. He carried out a thorough inspection, explained everything clearly, and gave me real peace of mind.

If you need a trustworthy and knowledgeable investigator, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jack. Thank you again for the excellent service.

No response to my enquiry & slow to answer Chat message.

I contacted Jack from overseas regarding a situation that required investigation in the UK. From the outset, he was professional, approachable, and kept me updated every step of the way. He took the time to understand my requirements and ensured they were handled efficiently. The communication was excellent throughout, and I felt confident that my case was in good hands. I would gladly recommend Jack and his team to anyone seeking a trustworthy private investigator in London.

Being based in the US, I needed assistance with a matter in the UK and reached out to Jack for help. He kept me informed throughout the process with regular updates and was always responsive to my requests. His professionalism, communication, and willingness to accommodate my needs made the experience straightforward and stress-free. I would not hesitate to recommend Jack and his team to anyone looking for a reliable private investigator service in London.

I have now referred NPI to three commercial clients who, at the time, were dealing with commercial or human resource issues requiring some discrete discovery of facts. They are easy to engage with, outstanding in their communication, and appear to have been most effective in terms of their outcomes.

Jack was a professional through entire process. I had some doubts about using professionals but I’m glad i went with this company! He was helpful and able to answer all questions I had. Gave me tips on how to keep my home secure after the service was provided. Definitely would use again! Thank you so much!

Incredible discovery! I was able to uncover the information I needed thanks to Jack and his outstanding team. I had no idea this kind of information was available, and it's reassuring to have it at last. Worth every penny spent—plus, they were polite, supportive, and professional throughout. Wonderful experience, many thanks!

Thanks so much to Jack and his team for all of their help and support. Very professional, kind and efficient. Would highly recommend!

I hired National Private Investigators to find an old school friend. We hadn’t spoken in over 20 years, but a birthday nudged me to try again. I called Jack in the morning. He explained what he could do, the price was fair, and he got to work. By the afternoon he’d sent me the report. I was stunned at how fast it was.
That evening I was chatting to my friend about old times and we’ve already made plans to meet. I’m genuinely grateful to Jack and the team at National Private Investigators. If you’re on the fence about using a private investigator, you won’t go far wrong with Jack.

Never thought I would have to use such a service and was quite apprehensive but Jack was helpful, honest and professional. The service was excellent and ultimately has protected my family. I will be forever grateful. Worth every penny. My only regret is not reaching out sooner.

My wife was very recently on a business trip to London, and although British nationals, we currently live in Germany.

A situation arose that was incredibly sensitive and distressing for my wife when in The City, and needed a rapid response. In addition to some unknown 'moving parts', the situation involved a police and crime report, however given the realistic nature of the Met Polices resources and priorities, it was almost certain that the time critical issue we were facing would not be addressed.

I felt helpless, being in a different country, and contacted National Private Investigators via their Whatsapp contact function. It was a Sunday, so my expectations of a speedy response were limited.

However; I was completely wrong. I had summarised the issue in the message, and was contacted by the Managing Director in person. He told me he had read the situation, and understood immediately the need for a speedy interaction with the incident.

He gathered more detail from me, and reached out to his network, sourcing a highly experienced security professional, who specialised in the area of concern.

Details were taken, a plan was developed, people were mobilised, and things happened! The professionalism, knowledge base, and calming manner in which NPI dealt with this matter were nothing short of outstanding.

The issue was dealt with swiftly, discretely, and with military precision.

NPI are the absolute real deal.

Thank you!

They charged me a lot of money (which I don’t have as I’m a single parent) to then tell me they can’t find the person I was looking for. They assumed things as it was a person from a dating site and therefore just didn’t bother to look for them properly. Not everyone is a catfish or a scammer on these sites. I will find that person myself and then sue them. I have sued a well known American jewellery store and will sue this investigative agency as well. I will get the proof that will show how little effort they put into it. They also don’t know the law. Any vet can confirm if they have/ haven’t treated a dog, but are not allowed to disclose information about the owner. The agency told me something different which is false. They just took the money and did the absolute minimum. They didn’t even bother to look in Canary Wharf for a billing accountant. Don’t bother hiring them as they will let you down

UPDATE: in response to their response, here is information from the dating website: ‘photo verified means that a user has proven they are a real person and their profile photos are accurate’. There are 10k Croatians in the whole of the UK so finding 1 should be doable in a postcode.

WOW! I would never have found out the information I was looking for without using Jack and his brilliant team. I never knew such information existed and it is good to know now I have it. Definitely money well spent and they were courteous, helpful and discrete!! Fantastic and thank you!

I was initially unsure about using a private investigator, but from the very first call with NPI, I felt reassured. They were professional and clear about the process.

The information they provided was accurate, well-presented, and genuinely helpful for my situation.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy team who genuinely care about getting the job done properly, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NPI. They’re the real deal.

Jack and his team were very professional and the charge is very fair, I cannot thanks NPI more by giving them my highest recommendation. Truly help me solved the problem and real good help with my children’s future welfare. Much appreciated!

The Intelligence Report NPI provided was exceptional. The best I've seen.
Thank you

One of the best decisions I have made to date!
Jack and his team were super supportive, responsive and quick in all communication.
I went through dozens of so called PI firms claiming they can help but did nothing but scam me of my money!

However Jack is and sounds exactly as he appears on his small YouTube clips. Polite, super good at listening never cutting me off once when I had the tendency of talking over the same points:)…
Only asked for a small deposit and made me feel really comfortable with my delicate case which has been eating away at me for the best part of a year.

Please don’t think twice, call this man if you need help! Him and his team were spot on and absolute magicians!

P.s I paid less than half the price including VAT compared to what I had wasted on other fraudster companies and got every bit of info requested!

Very responsive to messages and super quick turnaround. Very impressed.

I found my experience with NPI and Jack himself to be very disappointing. After hiring him once, I found him to be extremely unprofessional. He failed to show up for an agreed online meeting and never contacted me to cancel. It required countless emails and phone messages before he finally responded. Most concerning is that he ignored my repeated requests for access to my data, which is a clear breach of GDPR. I have now lodged a complaint with the ICO. I would not recommend his services.

A very professional experience. We found ourselves in a difficult predicament with a legal matter that required some expert input. Jack provided this efficiently, quickly and was very helpful throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thanks very much

I was initially nervous about reaching out to Jack about how to approach a situation where I suspected I was being lied to. He was reasurring and informative, without any pressure to use his service. However, I am glad I did! I am so grateful to him and his team for getting me the answers that I needed. I don’t think that you can put a price on your mental health and for me, knowing that my intuition was right all along was worth paying for. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jack to anyone thinking about using this type of service.
