Jack and his team helped me trace an old relative I lost contact with many moons ago. I'm still in shock at how quickly they found her, it's astonishing. I wish I had done it sooner. Thank you

These people ripped me off to the sum of £ 1500. I was dealing with someone calling themselves Jack - promised me a report but gave me nothing at all. I complained and was threatened! I have told the police and hopefully these people will be stopped.

Resposta da National Private Investigators
Hi “Bob”,
I have just set up a trust pilot account to help show prospective clients that NPI is a trusted business and I Jack Charman the managing director conducts professional investigations to high standards.
I see you have already left me a “review”. It’s a shame it’s completely fake though. I’m assuming by another PI company that likes to leave fake reviews on other people profiles to try and discredit me and my company.
Utterly shameful that people stoop this low in business and in a profession where integrity is everything.
To anyone reading this. I want to reiterate this is a fake review written by a competing business of ours. We have never worked for someone named “bob”. We have never ripped anyone off. Nor have I threatened anyone. We take any complaints seriously and we will do our utmost to rectify any complaints made.
This is a fake review!
