I was a little surprised by the brokerage fees. It is always a surprise when bringing things into Canada. You never know if you will be charged, but this is not a problem unique to National Stencil.

Excellent service! Originally I called. The lady I talked to was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I placed my order on the internet, it was received in perfect condition in a timely manner.

I paid for 2 day shipping, didn't get it till 6 days later. When I called I was told the guy that makes the stencil was out sick and had to trained someone else, I understand that what dont understand is why no one called to notified me about this situation. Unfortunately my client didn't understand that and I lost that job and potentially others. Also didn't get reimbursed for the 2 day shipping. I feel if would of been told right away I could have explained it to my client 5 days before we could've worked something out.

This company's customer support was fantastic! They were helpful in ordering just what I needed and were very prompt with their multiple responses to questions.

Overall an excellent experience. My only suggestion is to make the emails less cluttered regarding the order. The ones I received had so much irrelevant information pertaining to my order that I was lost at first. Thanks, Tom H.

Just what I needed. Stencil is sturdy and will last a long time. Fair price

Our nice long stencils were rolled up and put in a very tight box. Stencils took a few days to flatten out! Not sure what a good alternative would be but was disappointed that the stencils were rolled up tightly.
Customer service was great, it's a little confusing when you order stencils through National Stencil but our order was processed through a different company.

The handicap stencil I received is not professional grade reusable stencil.
