I stayed at their Woodwinds 22 property in Mammoth. It was actually my second time there. I had stayed there for a friend's birthday ski trip two years ago and enjoyed it so much I booked it again this year. It has a rare private hot tub which is wonderful to relax your muscles after a day on the slopes. The property was as advertised, clean and welcoming. The managers were very communicative and accommodating.

Condo was very nice, well decorated, and extremely quiet. Nice to have lattes/hot chocolate available in mornings in the ski lobby. The shuttle service which Deer Valley provides works extremely well. No real check out instructions were provided. Great location!

The reservation process is easy to do. Their customer service was always available to answer our questions (email or phone). Constant communication via text was extremely helpful. We like the local numbers that we can text and call 24/7. The app user interface is easy to navigate and has all vital information kept in one spot (a plus for me). The cabin was spotless when we arrived. The abundance of everything you could ever need (blankets, games, towels, sheets, pillows). Natural Retreats will be our top choice for our future cabin reservation needs.

The details made it great. The complete housewares (from dishes to toilet paper) made this a perfect stay. Many times these little things aren't critical but they make a world of difference in the entire stay.

The property was beautiful, open, inviting, comfortable, private, and clean. Everything about this property was wonderful including the host from the rental company. We were visiting for my mothers funeral and not only did the managers assist us with a special request but they also brought a coffee machine, to replace one that wasn’t working, and included a sympathy card as well. I did not initially tell them it was my mothers services but the fact that they took the time to give condolences was personal and above and beyond. Communication was super easy via text and they were very responsive. I frequently use rentals in lieu of hotels and this has by far been the best property I’ve stayed in. Big plus as well, we didn’t have to strip bedding and start washing blankets or towels! Would definitely stay here again.

What of the better Airb&B we have stayed at in Northstar. Very professional, helpful, and available when needed. Let us know we could check in early.
The condo was clean, cozy, and very well equiped.

This cozy and clean condo is just a short walk to the slopes or the village. Great location. There was plenty of room to relax in the evening and make dinner. The snow covered gondola passed right by the living room window. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Terrible customer service. I had to cancel a trip due to the unprecedented weather in California. This company refused to refund me for certain fees associated with this booking including the cleaning fees, fees to heat the pool and a mandatory damage waiver fee. How is this not stealing? I will not be using the property but I’m still being charged to clean it? They won’t be cleaning it if we are not there? This makes no sense and is an absolutely appalling business practice.

The convenience and sheer beauty of the location provides a marvelous first impression, particularly when skiing with two kids under 10! We love the location right off Deer Valley's silver strike lift which seems to be a lovely path less traveled with easy access to less populated parts of the ski resort.

The amenities and special touches are also top notch, from Jesse, our ski valet to the hot cocoa, coffee and fresh-baked cookies available on the 2nd floor lounge. Pro tip: The outdoor hot tub cannot be beat!

The entire experience was an absolute pleasure. I am not experienced with renting homes, and Natural retreats made the entire trip very easy and enjoyable. Everything was delivered as expected, on time and I was offered help with anything you could think of with round the clock management.

This property is amazing. Here’s why….The location is great. The kitchen is well stocked. The jacuzzi is a great bonus. The bedrooms are very private. I had a few questions and was able to get immediate answers. I highly recommend staying here.

When we arrived at the property, it smelled incredible and was warm and inviting. There was soft music playing. The management thought of everything we might need and was accommodating. It was a wonderful place to stay and our family had a great time!
