Great location there at mid-island. Close to the beach and the market. Very quiet street with a campground feeling. Excellent customer service when we called (2x, about minor things). Need that fourth ping pong paddle though. Could have used more kitchen & towels but washing was still very convenient.

Words can't explain the level customer service Lauren Sprague provided. We had a group of 20 traveling for a bachelor party and after a series of cancellations within 24 hours leaving us all without a place to stay, Lauren was able to work her magic and miraculously pull something together for us! The house, location, amenities, ability for same day check in, etc. all exceeded our expectations all while VRBO could care less. I'll be working directly with Lauren and her team going forward on any vacation rentals!

I had a wonderful vacation at Natural Retreats “Riverside oasis” property. The house was stunning, with amazing amenities. It was clean and well stocked when we arrived. The management team was incredibly professional and organized, with excellent communication. I highly recommend Natural Retreats for your vacation.

We have stayed at this property before and were disappointed to find out the golf cart on premises is no longer useable by the guest which is not ideal for the property proximity to the beach. You can either walk or drive your vehicle which is not great because parking near the beach is limited and the walk is pretty far especially if you have children because you will be walking down the main road on Harbor Island. There is quite a bit of housing construction and other projects going on which makes makes it difficult for parking because the construction workers take up most of the vehicle parking near the beach. The property itself is very nice with great views out the front and back. You can also fish/crab out in the back yard which is also nice. I would normally recommend this property but because of the golf cart situation and the association doesn't allow you to rent one yourself I would probably think about getting a property closer to the beach or at least one that provides a golf cart.

Don’t rent a cabin from this place unless you have a death wish! They have so many structural issues they should be shut down. When you spend enough to cover a house note you should expect to have a safe and decent place to stay right? That’s what we thought to, but it’s not what we got. We stayed in cabin # 37 Fox Ridge. The pictures are misleading, there’s no view like they show cause they refuse to have any maintenance done at all, trees have grown up and block the beautiful view they advertise online drawing you in to rent their cabins. This is the least of the issues. There is serious black mold from leaking windows that are literally rotted and disintegrating. Water marks where water has leaked right into electrical outlets that are barely in the wall. And don’t lean on the rails around the house unless you want a fast trip down the mountain through the over grown brush. There was no hot water so we called the office to let them know since we drove 15 hrs straight from Texas and desperately needed a hot shower. The hot tub is on the verge of collapsing due to horrible placement on a porch not rated to hold that much weight. That side of the porch sinks and it’s a major tripping hazard (ask me how I know) and come to find out the maintenance man told us they had a hot tub fall through a porch at another house.. the wood around the entire house is completely ate up by wood peckers and the house is infested with carpenter bees who are also eating through every section of the house. We were told the owner refuses to do anything to maintain the property, they make plenty of money off the rentals so why not fix the issues? After contacting the property manager who was rude and couldn’t care less about the safety of her guest, after three calls she then offered to move us to another cabin that was in the same condition. Then she promised to have someone above her named David call us, he never called and today is day two of us being in Tennessee and not a peep from anyone who runs this place. 15 hours on the road and we were forced to find a hotel and fork out another chunk of cash to have somewhere safe and black mold free to stay. The pictures they list are completely false advertisement! There’s no view, the house is in shambles and the furniture was falling apart and stained from years of neglect and should be in the dumpster not in a house. Don’t rent from this company, they only care about making money. OSHA would shut this place down in a heartbeat. Don’t waste your money, or your time.

R-anchor house was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. It was pet friendly and provided many additional amenities to help keep us occupied…fire pit, ping pong table, golf cart and car pass to Hunting Island State Park. We will definitely be planning another stay!

Location was great. 2 ways to get in and out of the cabin. Wildlife is right there with you but does remand respectful of each other. Beautiful cabin and view.

This house is ideal for accommodating a big family! We enjoyed the well-styled decor, the decks, the great bedding, close proximity to the wedding venue, convenience to beach access, watching dolphins—but most of all the incredible views. There was some booking confusion, but our overall experience was exceptional. We would certainly choose this location again.

The property was well appointed, warm, and comfortable. Super close to the village, stores and the mountain. Natural Retreats guest services was readily available to answer any question we had. We highly recommend a stay with them!

The home was beautiful with great views of the mountains and the pool got full sun all day. The interiors were clean and the kitchen was set up nicely.
Natural Retreats went above any beyond to assist us with some packages that were delivered to the mailbox by mistake.

House was great, including location and parking. Able to walk to beach and downtown. Short drive into Savannah for some fun. Rental agency very responsive and helpful.

We had the best time in this beautifully decorated, cozy home. The house was spacious with everything one would need in a kitchen to cook. The house was so clean and new. We were so impressed with how easy the check in process was and how nice it was to arrive with startup packets in the kitchen and bathrooms with soaps, shampoos and other necessary items to start our weekend there. We would definitely stay again. The location was perfect for skiing and surrounded by restaurants and other grocery stores. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The master bathroom was very large with a nice large shower and tub. I loved being able to pull my car into the garage and walking straight into house. The downstairs bedrooms would have been perfect for our children had they been with us and away from the master bedroom for privacy. The TV's were large and it was appreciated having the extra channels to watch movies. The owners and management company were especially nice and easy to communicate with and very timely on answering all questions. Thank you for making our time there this past weekend a memorable one and definitely want to come back in the future and stay.

This was my second time staying at Misty Mountaintop #52 and had such a fantastic time! The house is comfortable and roomy! My favorite part of the house is the rocking chairs and the swing, it is so peaceful! We even saw a bear and her cubs taking a stroll on our last night. My group had such a good time, they are already trying to figure out where we will stay next time!

The location of the condo was great being walking distance to the Village. The condo was mostly updated and very clean and spacious. We cooked one night and all kitchen supplies that we needed were there. Comfortable beds too. Overall, a great stay

Ease of booking, contactless check in, well equipped home

We liked the house. It was quiet, nicely remodeled and loved the fact it is fully gated. The neighborhood is clean, seems safe and is conveniently located close to downtown PS. Our only complaint is we asked for the Jacuzzi be heated to 102 degrees (which is hot) ... it took forever to heat and never really got past the "warm" level, no matter how long it was on. Note: we had such a short stay so we decided not to notify management, so they never got a chance to address the issue.

Incredible home in a wonderful location. We did a little of everything, golf, pickle ball, beach, restaurants, golf cart cruising, fishing, and had a glorious time.

Natural Retreats was easy to work with and took great care of us. I would highly recommend this home and all of the island amenities.

I’ve rented at Sunstone for many years and love the slope side location. Units are not spacious, but big enough for lounging after a long day of being on the mountain. Ski/Board equipment stored in locker room, but I had to inquire about the locker combination for the locker. Should have been in intro email or instruction paperwork in unit.

Very nice house in Mammoth Lakes. The family loves Snowcreek V and this unit was one of the best we have stayed in. Well equipped, comfortable and a perfect place to enjoy a winter trip. The beds were super comfortable and Natural Retreats provided wonderful service. We will return.

Our family loved our time at Payday 161! We were 6 adults and had plenty of room to store gear, spend time together in the kitchen, dining room and living room areas. The home is beautifully decorated and so welcoming and warm. Kitchen has a fabulous oven/stove (we love to cook!) and homeware was special. Beds were incredibly comfortable , and we were sore from skiing deep powder. Easy access to lift, ski shop to rent gear (and use as ski valet) and bus to downtown Park City. We skied on/off with a 5-minute walk from bottom of lift home. Cannot wait to return to this beautiful gem in the mountains!!
