We were happy with our stay. The cabin truly lived up to its name simply breathtaking. It is a gorgeous cabin! The cabin was well stocked and clean. Our only complaint is the temperature upstairs. We stayed when outside temps were 80-90 degrees. The air conditioning does not adequately cool the upstairs. It was so uncomfortable we slept on the sofa bed in the basement, which was disappointing we couldn’t use the master suite. I would advise an additional wall unit or portable air conditioner upstairs. Natural Retreats is truly a top tier rental company. Very fast response for any issue. We have stayed all over the smoky mountains over the past thirty years, and I can honestly say this is the best rental company we have encountered. We’ll definitely use them in the future.

The house we rented was absolutely wonderful It checked all our boxes. Kid and Gramma friendly beach. The owners provided plently of paddle board,kayak and a canoe for our use. The grandkids enjoyed the fishing and paddle boards along with the adults.

Love staying at Brothers Cove and have always enjoyed staying at Bucks Lookout. Only negative I have is the little trees are growing up and blocking the view when you are sitting on the deck. Would be great if they would just trim them some. Never had a bad experience staying in a Natural Retreats cabin on the property.

Excellent location. Clean and peaceful. Woke up and went out to my truck to find a bear in the truck bed looking for food. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The property was stunning and met if not exceeded our expectations.

The communication before and after the rental was concise and very efficient which we liked.

My daughter Inlaw and grandsons had a wonderful vacation. Unfortunately I had been in a bad car accident the week prior to our vacation and my family was able to enjoy the rental. I will be there next year!!! Thank GOD I’m alive!! They sent me many photos and had lots of fun!!!

Natural Retreats truly provided a white glove service to our group. Whether finding the home that met our needs, or even delivering needed items to our home, Natural Retreats made our stay ideal and will use them again!

Our stay at Little Tybee was excellent. Everything went smoothly, booking, checking in and checking out. The house was immaculate. The location was perfect for parking the car and leaving it there for the rest of your stay. The kitchen was well supplied with all your cooking needs. We loved sitting on the upper and lower porch and admiring the palm trees and listening to the music coming from Tybrisa Street. Hope to go back someday.

The house and property was awesome! We especially loved the back yard as there was plenty of space for us and two dogs. The pool/hot tub, multiple lounging areas and bbq were great as we spent most of our time outside. The house itself was great with tile floor that kept the house cool in the summer. Overall, great stay and would hopefully come back!

The large, roomy, well furnished "cabin" provided a great place for our large family to gather and share a special time. We were there for 2 weeks. The hot tub, pool table and grill were all put to good use. The added benefit of free tickets to partner attractions for the renter was a blessing to those organizing various activities. An extra special treat was the proximity to Dollywood--just down the hill and across the street. All balconies had wonderful views of the Smoky Mountains and the vicinity; however, the 3rd floor balcony provided awesome views that were ever changing depending on weather, and clouds, but also provided front row seats of the nightly fireworks/drone show from Dollywood--absolutely stunning and a special treat anticipated each night! The check in/out procedures were efficient. The provided toiletries and kitchen supplies were not only welcomed but good quality with relaxing aromas. The concierge service offered w/local individuals were very helpful. I'd surely look into either staying again at this cabin or checking into other offerings by Natural Retreats. I like being pampered!

We stayed at the Sunrise Condos (no.9) in Mammoth for 4 nights in June 23 as a family of 4 inc 2 young adults. Had a fantastic stay. Clean, comfortable & well equipped. Great views of the mountains and good location for all the town amenities and a great base for exploring the area.
Recommend a walk round Convict Lake and kayaking on June Lake.

We had a great time at the house. It's a great location in Gatlinburg super close to town and the shopping. The house is near the bottom of the mountain so no scary drive up the mountain roads. We got to see 2 black bear, both came right up to the lower patio for a close up view. I would stay at this house again for another family vacation.

Property was just as luxurious and beautiful as expected. Had a little trouble getting the wifi to work on arrival and the Natural Retreats team was right on it to help. Only complaint was that we weren't able to use the full capability of the Sonos sound system in the house, only the Sonos channels vs. Spotify or Pandora. Otherwise a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to use this property/mgmt company again!

We loved the house.....shabby chic in an elegant, cool way (vintage 1930). The house was clean, the grounds were pretty and very private, and the mountain view was beautiful. Beds were comfy, and there was plenty of room for our group of 12. Dealing with Natural Retreats was great. They were responsive and helpful. There were just a few cons, but these can be easily fixed: The kitchen faucet needs replacing, as well as one of the shower heads upstairs that sent little "needles" of water out of just a few holes. We had a great week, though, and would definitely rent this property again.

We were so happy with our stay; we can’t wait to come back. Having a person to text and respond for any answers vs having to wait on hold on some customer service line was a hug plus!

Natural Retreats' website made choosing and booking a house for our family vacation extremely simple. The photos on the website gave us a great view into each property option, and seemed incredibly accurate once we arrived to the home we selected. Additionally, the communication before our arrival as well as someone there to tour us through the property upon arrival helped acclimate us quickly. We'll definitely be back.

The cabin was beautiful and well stocked. Was very clean and organized when we got there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Communication before and during the stay was excellent. Everything was ready on time, and the condo was just as described.

Beautiful condo- clean, fresh and so beautifully appointed. We loved the deck and gathering spaces. Everything in Ketchum was walking distance and it was super convenient to park in the garage and walk and bike everywhere. When we return to Ketchum, we will return to Natural Retreats for sure!

Great location there at mid-island. Close to the beach and the market. Very quiet street with a campground feeling. Excellent customer service when we called (2x, about minor things). Need that fourth ping pong paddle though. Could have used more kitchen & towels but washing was still very convenient.
