I like to express myself with what I wear thus, I've always wanted to create my own graphic tees. However, I only have the skills and tools (i.e., Photoshop and Illustrator) to create them on my computer but not bring them to life. I searched for weeks to see which business could help me and decided on Neatopod. I just received my first graphic tee from them, and they are awesome for those who want to design their own clothes WITHOUT the production hassle.

They have a wide range of clothing to choose from and with each item, they give you step-by-step instructions on what you can and cannot do, and should and shouldn't do depending on what print method you choose (i.e., Flex or DTG). Therefore, when you're designing your graphic, you know it's going to come out exactly the way you're designing it. The quality is INSANELY good. When I received my shirt and felt the graphic, it didn't feel glossy or like a sticker, which, from experience, is typical of other t-shirt printing businesses. It felt like it was actually imprinted onto the shirt. Also, the colors were very super vibrant. Overall, everything that I designed in Photoshop came onto the shirt with no to very little, insignificant differences (This is only my case and it's understandable because my design was very detailed and also included glows and fades behind these details, but again, overall, 100% looked the same). Regarding the customer service, it is superb. The website has all the information you need before, during, and after the process and in the event that it doesn't, you can email the company and my guy, Alex, will answer promptly and kindly with very detailed responses. The prices vary depending on what item, print method, shipping method, and number of print locations you choose (i.e., front, back, neck label, sleeves, etc). However, I believe they are 100% fair. My oversized shirt was $50 (I got it for free, though, because it was my first order :D), but considering the fact that it's my own design and it came out exactly the way I created it, I think it's fair and 100% worth it.

Overall, if you want to bring your designs to life with high quality and are willing to spend a fair amount of money to avoid the production process, Neatopod is the one for you. Without a doubt, I am definitely going to continue my business with them. My shirts are awesome! I’ve never designed shirts before and had loads of questions- Alex walked me through the whole process and was happy to answer any questions and show me mockups before I committed. The process was not just painless, but fun.

There are so many choices out there for POD providers, big names and cheap prices, which seem attractive at first. However, if you actually want a company that cares about the quality of products and the quality of customer service, then neatopod and Alex are hands down the best we have experienced.

We had a rush of orders when we first launched our site - which is great, but puts pressure on the POD supplier to keep quality and get the orders out. Alex helped every step of the way, and we had extremely satisfied customers - as yet (3 months in) we have had 0 returns or moans that the product is not good enough. Our only refund has been with a large UK POD supplier, as the quality is a night and day difference compared to neatopod.

I think what neatopod provides is miles above their competitors and I am excited to continue working with them in the future.

The quality of the print was great. Vibrant colors unlike the DTF prints have done myself at times (inconsistent colors from the same image file). The hand feel is great. Closests thing I e found to a screen print!!

Quality:

Neatopod is the king of t-shirt quality. If your customers are in the US (or Canada) and you take print quality seriously there might be no alternative. It's nearing screenprint levels (there's no POD screenprinting, so forget that as an option) and the difference is night and day with most big POD retailers. Colors are vibrant and true-to-design.

Customer Service:

Alex has helped every time there was an issue with an order and is generous and understanding. Not only to me (and his customers) but his social media presence speaks volumes of his character and ethics as a business owner. I've seen the dude help strangers on Reddit with issues they had with OTHER printshops while never badmouthing competitors, educate people on DTG/DTF by sharing valuable info... etc. He lives and breathes printing.
A real person owning a real business who really cares about all the people involved.

Etsy integration / Websites' Ease of Use:

The site is nothing fancy but it's responsive and "makes sense". I don't care about UI design aesthetics either way; as long as it doesn't make my eyes bleed. I just want it to work. And it works perfectly.
Etsy integration is not there yet, but Alex has said it's on the way. Their "parse customer address" feature makes the process swift and seamless eitherway so it's not a big deal.

Choosing quality and "mom and pop" shops in 2025:

Are there cheaper alternatives? Yes.
Are those cheaper alternatives comparable in quality? Not even close.
Will these bigger printshops throw you under the bus? It has happened. A lot.
Support shops like Neatopod and vote with your wallet, folks.

Profit margins might be the cold, hard bottom line but if you take pride in your work and your defined niche, want happy customers and want to build a brand...
you were never going to compete with the swarm of China dropshippers on PRICE either way.

If you make low effort Canva designs that will be worn twice and forgotten in a wardrobe, sure, it's not the best fit.

For actual designers with a US customer base who want their art to be repped properly? This is it. Look no further.

I will continue using Neatopod for all my US t-shirt orders and I wish this business - and Alex personally - the best.

I found this company while scouring Reddit to find out what happened to another supplier I used that seemingly vanished into thin air. I thought I'd give NeatoPOD a shot since I had nothing to lose, and I was pleasantly surprised!! Alex was great throughout the whole process, with direct emails to address any of my needs and concerns. The actual shirt I received as a sample was very high quality with vibrant colors. I'm excited to get more POD products from this company;

The process to making a custom shirt with Neatopod was easy from start to finish! Alex and his team are very kind, thorough, and helpful even though I had an order of only one shirt. Questions were answered quickly, I was helped out with design placement, and they even custom ordered a blank shirt for me that I wanted that they didn't have on the site. With the Flex method, the print rests nicely on the cloth, and isn't stiff or incredibly glossy. They genuinely care about quality and customer service, and their prices are excellent. :)

I can concur with all the other reviews on here. Alex is fantastic, he genuinely cares about delivering a good product. He helped make sure my design would fit properly, and helped me upload the design to the site. As for the shirt itself, it appears to be top notch and the printing is perfect. We'll see how it holds up after a few washes, but for now, this is the best experience I've ever had with custom T-shirt printing.

This is my first time getting a custom t-shirt made and Alex made the process easy. I found their website pretty intuitive to use and was able to get my order setup quickly and really appreciate all the big/tall sizes as well.
