Absolutely amazed with the quality! Every other PoD out there I found is turning out awful DTG prints compared to Neat-O-Pod. The detail is incredibly sharp, colors accurate, and a completely smooth print that customers will appreciate immensely compared to the sticky prints that wash off immediately from everywhere else!

I've been searching widely for a supplier of shirts for my band, as well as trying to source soft tshirts. Reading reviews, ordering samples, scouring reddit. Neatopod is a small scale printing company trying to compete with the endless crappy quality businesses and let me tell you the quality is leagues ahead. They have a couple of options of the actual print itself DTG and flex. They offer a free sample, I chose flex as it was better for all types of fabric and it's perfect. It doesn't feel bulky, it's flexible on the fabric the colors are exactly per the artwork and it's high quality and flawless. They have a ton of shirt options including the Bella canvas 3001cvc which is the one I've been trying to source. The fabric is buttery soft, not bulky. Their process is extremely easy also they have template you can throw it on, update item for front and back printing. You can add your own label for inside the shirt (awesome), you can add print to the sleeve. There's a million colors available. They send you the mockups for advertising. I don't have to search anywhere else. These are my guys. If you're reading this your search is over. Don't settle for crappy prints or uncomfortable shirts anymore.

Alex is highly responsive, cares about his product, takes time to ask questions and make sure he gets the order right. Alex has done multiple orders for me over the last year and he makes working with him very easy. Great company and a great product!!!

I've been using Neatopod for over a year now for my Etsy shop and I cannot say enough great things about them.

Before finding them, I tried countless other print providers and the quality from all of them was terrible. I found Neatopod and ordered a sample (they offer a free one!) and it was the best quality print I've ever seen on a shirt, hands down. The sample I ordered from them has been washed countless times and the print still looks brand new.

Every single item I've gotten from them has been top notch in quality and my customers have always been happy - their 5 star reviews are a testament to that.

Shipping is always great - they usually get my orders shipped out before the estimated date, they send production photos so that you can see each finished product, and they are always super helpful and quick to respond to emails.

Very great for an independent POD company! Found Neato when I needed a replacement POD supplier for our baby tees at the last minute. Was hesitant at first but was not disappointed and have stuck with them especially for my business’ baby tee orders. They are very transparent with the production and I can communicate with them immediately when I need help / questions regarding the products. Requests like returned items, change of addresses, etc are also easily accomplished and it helps that staff and customer service are very friendly and easy to reach out to. Their website is a bit old school but very easy to navigate. Will continue to use their services in the future!

Ive tried a lot of t-shirt companies and Neatopod has been the only company that I was able to trust and I always receive items on time. Love that i can receive updates on my samples and my shirtS are always the best quality so happy to be using them for my business.

I just wanted some decent custom t-shirts not produced in a sweatshop, but it seemed like every vendor I found was either (a) some sketchy popup-riddled ghost site covered in stock photos of corporate hell and wine moms, (b) a pretentious guy with weird hours, cryptic instructions, and a massive minimum order, or (c) an uncanny valley corporate monolith oozing labor law violations. But then I found NeatoPOD, placed my first order, and haven't looked back! Their beautiful work is done in-house by actual humans (you can even interact with them) in a real US location. The web interface is pretty basic, but hey, it's solid, easy to use, and doesn't complicate things with a bunch of unnecessary crap. Good stuff all around! Bonus: If you've somehow managed to miss the OG Neatorama blog, you're in for an old school treat.

Alex has been phenomenal to work with. I loved the idea of supporting a small family business instead of a large POD shop, and I loved it even more when my product came! Compared to the previous printer, the difference was night and day. I needed a fairly quick turnaround for a large order, and Alex worked with me to ensure everything went smoothly. I'm switching all of my POD needs over to NeatoPOD.

Alex was super helpful in getting me a great quality custom shirt, and went above and beyond to work with me throughout the order process. Neatopod excels as a place that has an extensive range of inventory to customize and is very accommodating to smaller orders. We ordered their distressed shirts and they were *actually* acid washed (or some other treatment) and not just printed to look that way. The small inconsistencies in shirt consistency (due to the acid wash) was so cool and reminded me of old school bootlegging aesthetics. Definitely get your shirts here!

I'm not sure how to express how amazing my experience with Neatopod was! The quality of the shirt and printing was superior to any other service I've ever seen. The turnaround time, from placing the order, the shirt being made, and then it sipping, was just a matter of 3 days. Plus, their communication along the way was exceptional. I knew where things were in the process the whole time. I actually talked to the owner, Alex, about an issue and he was professional, friendly and was able to answer all of my questions quickly. I truly wish all companies were ran and managed like this!
