We first had our daughter’s room fitted, which we all absolutely loved, and the whole experience reassured us completely in both the quality and service Neatsmith provides.
We then went on to have our son’s bedroom done, and with both looking so good, we couldn’t not do ours as our own wardrobes suddenly looked outdated. We decided to complete the set by having our bedroom designed and fitted too. We recently had these bespoke fitted wardrobes and a study designed and installed by Neatsmith, and we couldn't be happier with the result.
From our very first contact to the Brentwood showroom, the service was exceptional. Sara and Kasia took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and designed each space perfectly to suit our needs and lifestyle. Their attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism made the entire process enjoyable and stress free. Sara and Kasia, along with the entire NeatSmith team (far too many wonderful people to mention individually), were fantastic throughout the whole journey. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to delivering the very best outcome for us.
The finished wardrobes and study have completely transformed our home, everyday we admire the beautiful finish and thoughtful design, and it's such a luxury to finally have ample storage space without compromising on style.
A very special shout out to Andrey, our fitter, as well. His workmanship was outstanding, and his attention to detail was exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work, and the quality of the installation was second to none. He was also incredibly neat and tidy throughout the entire process, leaving everything spotless at the end of each day. His professionalism, care, and dedication played a huge part in achieving such a fantastic result.

NeatSmith built us 2 beautiful built in wardrobes. A walk-in one and another in a study. We were so happy with the design and fitting processes. Rebeca did a great job of designing both exactly to our needs. They look amazing now that they are finished and we have moved in. What a luxury to have wardrobe space to spare ! We can’t recommend them more highly. The prices were very competitive too.

Neatsmith have just completed work for me and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. I dealt with Sara in the Brentwood showroom, who designed a beautiful dressing room as part of our house renovation. The room had lots of awkward angles, but everything was built perfectly around them.

We were looking for high quality fitted wardrobes for 2 of our bedrooms and found it at Neatsmith. Dina designed several versions for us which we modified numerous times to fit our needs. The combinations of fittings/lights/glass shelves etc..are endless including the colour schemes and the finishes. Let’s just say that our final draft took many weeks to crystallise yet Dina was always charming. We have to thank Marianne(the manager)for her help and valuable advice when she came to us to finalise the design. We can’t recommend Neatsmith and their staff enough. The fitting of the wardrobes was extremely professional. Very happy with our Neatsmith furniture. Thank you one and all!

Really, really impressed with Neatsmiths. The whole process was seamless from start to finish and the quality of the work has been meticulous.

We had storage units made for our study. They look wonderful, both inside and out. The colours are perfect and the craftsmanship really first class. The doors open and close seamlessly and the fit is perfect , floor to ceiling.They really make an impressive statement in the study. The lead time is fairly long , but it’s worth it to get things absolutely spot on. The survey process is good too , as they advise on moving switches and sockets etc. We’d already had two sets of wardrobes made, they were excellent too. We’ll be back soon for other projects.Thank you Josephine, Rebeca , Aimee and the team.

A stunning showroom and a warm welcome from Kasia and the Brentwood Neatsmith staff are the gateway to brilliant customer service and some really beautiful bedroom furniture. The design process gave equal consideration to aesthetics as well as practicality, and there was no push to upsell things that were surplus to our needs. An abundance of choice and having to deliberate over things we loved in equal measure was our only difficulty. A great experience. Would highly recommend.

Neatsmith have been fantastic. The quality of the furniture is superb and Sara in the Brentwood branch has been amazingly helpful, creating beautiful and functional designs for several bedrooms and dressing rooms. The installations team have also been great. Would highly recommend.

This is now our 6th project with Neatsmith via Mel at the Hatch End office and again we're over the moon with the quality of both product & service. Although a smaller project for our office, they always deliver our vision to a high standard. At this point, I'm truly running out of superlatives to use however the highest praise I can give is that when I think of luxury bespoke wardrobes, I think "Neatsmith". We had a large project - bedrooms, TV wall, dining room, Hallway - we dealt initially on design and quotes with Mel at Hatch End showroom and also later extensively with the installation team including - Aimee, Viesturs and Aurelius. All the staff were always polite and helpful and respectful of our property during installation. We had a lot of detailed ideas and my own drawings which I am pleased to say were well executed and some improved on during our discussions. We've had minor niggles and they have all been fixed.
Neatsmith are not cheap but they have delivered a quality product and quality service, hence 5 stars.

I had a TV unit and fitted fireplace designed and installed by Neatsmith. Valentina and Mariana from the Finchley Road branch are amazing! Very professionals, talented and have a great knowledge of fitted furniture. The final work and installation was perfectly fine and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
