I bought the Sorelle necklace, only worn a few times has spent majority of its life on my dresser. Wearing it last week it snapped straight in half, it’s made SO BADLY. Not sure if mine was a faulty product but the gold bit securing the pieces clearly not strong enough. What’s worse - Ive emailed and have not heard anything back. No number to call. Feel completely robbed - it was not cheap. Will not shop with them again

I've bought from NOTL a few times now and I definitely will again. I wear all my NOTL jewellery every day and nothing has tarnished or broken, it's great quality and looks fantastic. Also delivered quickly in nice packaging. My only note would be that the clasp on the charm necklaces is a bit fiddly to use, but it's such a small thing it's barely even worth mentioning!

Very quick delivery and very impressed with the quality of the jewellery. I got so many compliments. I got a few statement pieces and some of the personalised bits. 12/10 love them all.

I started purchasing from NOTL about 2 years ago and now i don't go anywhere else for jewellery. The pieces are unique, beautifully designed and crafted, the quality is excellent and the prices are great. I have worn and reworn my favourite pieces over and over and have never had any breaks or tarnishing. I always get asked where my jewellery is from as there is really nothing else like it. The customer service is great and i love their transparency and communication with customers on all things from new drops to delays in production. A wonderful woman owned business that i will fan girl over to whoever will listen 🌟 🌟🌟🌟

I bought 3 items from NOTL and I am very happy with everything. The purchase experience was great and I received my items quickly and in lovely packaging. One of the pieces was for my friend’s birthday and she absolutely loved her gold earrings. She wears them all the time! I would definitely purchase from NOTL again and I recommend this company! Really love Neckontheline, I’ve tried every type of jewellery from here and none have tarnished or left green marks, even after wearing them in water. Really good quality for the price, would really recommend

Terrible quality necklaces, really poor customer service- just been ignored and told as it’s a custom piece it can’t be returned. Necklace is poor quality and plastic like, avoid and use other brands that are out there

My experience with this Jewellery brand is always fabulous!! The quality of the pieces is amazing- they last for such a long time without tarnishing, making them the perfect accessory or gift for a friend. I love wearing gold jewellery but finding affordable earrings and necklaces that I can wear everywhere is very hard, so this has been the perfect brand for me as the jewellery lasts so long and looks exactly how I bought it despite being two weeks or two years old!! I would definitely recommend neckontheline to all!!

Quite surprised at some of the negative reviews as I don't feel they are a true representation of the brand. The quality and style is unmatched for the value! Unique pieces many other companies try to replicate but NOTL is the real OG! Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing brand, the prices are just right for the quality of their products. I recently brought their Carlotta hoops and a lucky dip bag and it did not disappoint!

Broken necklaces within a week, emailed for a refund / replacements. Joanna seemed apologetic and offered a replacements. Now I am getting ignored by Joanna. Absolutely shocking. DO NOT BUY the goods are not the best quality and the service is awful

I'm really disappointed to be writing this review. Over the last few years, I have ordered from NOTL multiple times and raved about them to my friends and family loads! The quality was amazing; the jewellery never rusted or broke. For the price, it was incredible value for money and they were my favourite jewellery brand. I even bought sets for presents for my friends.

However, the last order I placed just before Christmas changed my opinion. When I received my order, the bracelet broke within the first 3 days of wear. Initially, I assumed this was a faulty product and emailed asking for a replacement/repair. The owner was keen to send me one, however it was never received. I'm unsure if it was lost in the Christmas postage, so emailed to express my concerns. When I asked them to track the parcel they explained it was sent in a letter with a stamp, so they couldn't. They agreed to send another replacement through but again it never came. Since then my emails went un-replied and I honestly didn't have the time to continue hounding them for a response during my university exam season.

I understand postal issues are not a business's fault, however, I found the process extremely frustrating and struggled to communicate with the team throughout this. On multiple occasions, I was left for weeks without clear communication and had to email multiple times to get a response. To this day, this still hasn't been resolved with a replacement bracelet or a refund.

I'm disheartened to say I will not be ordering from NOTL again, due to the lack of communication and decrease in jewellery quality.

They came quickly and were packaged beautifully, the quality is amazing and I have been wearing them daily since I got them 😍 will definitely be ordering from here again.

I bought a 70£ mystery box, which I guess was a bit of a gamble...it didn't really pay off. There were maybe one or two items in there worth wearing, but the rest was pretty awful and tacky looking. Think cheap as chips diamante.

Quality wise, it is nowhere near the quality I expected from the prices on their website. Cheap bubble chains, the gold plating already wearing off on certain items. I would not order from here again. I don't expect I can get a refund because the items were a 'mystery'...

I’ve been shopping with Neck on the Line for years. I wear the first necklace I bought from them every day and it’s still just as beautiful as when I got it.
Great quality and beautiful designs. The gold plating lasts for AGES and leaves a great finish and sophistication to the jewellery.
Their pearl pieces and delicate necklaces are my favourite.

10/10 I'm someone who is constantly buying new, cheap hoops that only last a couple of months before they start turning my ears green. THESE ARE AMAZING!!! I rarely take these hoops out, I shower with them in and I've sat in a hot tub for hours with them in. Zero discoloration to the actual hoops and zero green painful ears. I won't bother with any other company now. Great product and great service.

I got a personalised necklace and I found the whole process really easy. There was loads of Inso pictures so that I knew what each letter would look like and I was able to compile the custom name that I wanted. Products dispatched and arrived extremely quick and was in a very cute package with a little dust proof bag which I didn’t expect to come and I just thought the whole process and experience was really nice. It’s a brand that me and my friends talk about all the time and I loved to purchase from this company and will continue to purchase from here. Makes it extra special that everything is handmade and is a local company to myself😘
