Feeling confident for the first time
Delivery was very speedy! I then had to contact customer service about something related to my order. They were polite and super helpful. Now everything is perfect :)
I used my new stick (Flora) out for the first time this week and I’ve had so many complements 😊 somebody even said they were saving up for a neo walk themselves so they were envious 🫶🏻
The support from the stick is great and I felt super confident with a stick for the first time 💚

Voucher not delivered to intended…
Voucher not delivered to intended recipient as Xmas present as your system cocked up email address.
After complaint email sent to you stating AGAIN CLEARLY RECIPIENT EMAIL ADDRESS - voucher still sent incorrectly to ME instead! :(.
Hopeless/shambolic - would never use again.
I am expecting (another) apology and explanation how this could go wrong TWICE!

We are so sorry to hear there was difficulty with recieving your voucher. I can see the team have come back and have tried to re send the voucher on the 30th, I can't see another email from you saying that it still had not worked so I am terribly sorry that this has happened. If you could please send us an email to let us know if you recieved it and that it has still gone to your email by mistake and the team will help with this. We will also be looking into what went wrong on the website as it should all be automated. So sorry again for this frustration and dissapointment we really don't expect this.

Neo-Walk changed my life.
The Nebula is absolutely beautiful and it arrived quickly. The measurements were spot on and it's lovely and comfortable to walk with.
I also own the Moulin Rouge, which is equally as stunning.
I had put off walking with a stick for far longer than I should have because of feeling so self-conscious, but Neo-Walk and their fantastic collection has made me feel much more confident and I see my stick as an accessory now, rather than something to feel embarrassed about!

I love my new stick
I love my new stick. It is as awesome as I always thought it would be. And the customer service is amazing. My original ferrule was loose, and they sent me a replacement the next day even though it was days before Christmas. Can’t say enough about how great the experience has been.

I got my 3rd stick with neowalk and I'm absolutely in love with them! I got the stick of the month- the Once upon a time which is gorgeous and very sturdy with a T-Handle and an extender for when I wear different shoes 😍 I got a mystery stuck which wasn't quite my style so sold it and got another new one secondhand. And I have the Moulin Rouge- my personal favourite with the snoopy handle which is just beautiful and suits me well 🥰. Neowalk has such wonderful quality and stunning designs ❤️

De wandelstok is zo mooi en stijlvol. Mijn vorige Gatsby wandelstok is van grote hoogte (t.v.show tribune) naar beneden kapot gevallen. Toen heb ik FUMS stick aangeschaft, maar ik miste de Gatsby, dus heb ik deze onlangs weer besteld. Als je dan een wandelstok nidig hebt, dan wel een stijlvolle. Prima meetinstructie op de site en perfecte levering.
