The delivery service was amazing! I received my order a couple of days after ordering.

From placing the order to delivery was around 2 days! It was a 'build your own stick' order also. Brilliant i was able to get the right height for me with the light and colour changing dots. Im so impressed and have so many compliments already!! I feel so much more confident with my neo walk stick as it so much more me!

Ordered the Christina Applegate FUMS stick. It is amazing! Great design, sturdy, a thing of beauty. I am still at the self-conscious stage but this will certainly help me on my MS journey. Prompt delivery an allround great experience. Thank you Neo Walk!!

Very quick service and a great choice of sticks too. I bought a purple amethyst one and it’s GORGEOUS. Definitely worth the price.

The website was extremely glitchy when I was trying to put my stick together and get to the checkout, I had to give up and try again later, but it was still the same. As a result, I managed to order 3 wrist bands instead of 1 and had to send them back to be refunded.

However, my contact with Neo Walk was helpful and professional and I received my refund today.

This is my second walking stick from neo walk as i loved my 1st one so much. I like the clear instructions for measuring, and i love all the accesories to customise. What i love most is that people dont ask me whats wrong anymore - they ask about my stick because its awesome!!

The walking sticks are gorgeous and comfortable. I have already had my first compliment (who gets complimented for their walking stick!). The process for buying and options for putting your stick together are fantastic. I got my first one a month or so ago and then quickly bought my second, It won't be my last. I'm not that old at 60 so if I have to use one of these, I want it to be groovy. I am in Australia and I can't believe how quicky they are sent out. Record postage time.

The ordering process is fairly straightforward but the customer service not so much. My cane took forever to arrive and I had to chase it up. I was told my cane was lost in transit but only after I had messaged customer service several times. Not great especially as my cane is absolutely amazing!

I purchased a clear bubble walking stick and really liked the product. I had initially considered buying a few more for my parents who have mobility issues.

That said, I feel the cost is just too high. In addition to the initial price and shipping, I was charged VAT upon delivery, bringing the total to around $240 CAD. While the stick is a unique item, I can’t say the value matches the final cost. There was also no support regarding the additional charge, which I was not aware of at the time of purchase.

I see a clear opportunity for Neo Walk to revisit their pricing strategy. If costs and margins were managed better, the products would be more affordable, encouraging repeat purchases, increasing volumes, and helping build a stronger customer base.

As it stands, it’s too expensive for me to justify purchasing more, even though I like the product.

Recieved my stick today it is lovely but I had accidently ordered wrong handle, I messaged Neo Walk to ask if I could buy a handle, they replied quickly and have kindly offered to send the handle I meant to order. Will definitely buy from this company again

I'm in love with my walking stick. No more stick envy. Neo Walk are caring, generous, and so cool. My next purchase is on the horizon, but, what colour?

I was excited to support this company and even planned on becoming a repeat customer because their canes are beautiful. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

I placed an order and paid in full, including high shipping costs. After waiting two months, I was told I would have to pay an additional fee before they would release my order — something that was never made clear at checkout. To me, this feels like a bait-and-switch.

I respect small businesses and understand challenges, but transparency matters. Customers should see the full costs upfront before deciding, not after weeks of waiting. As a small business owner myself, I would never treat my own customers this way.

For reference, here is the email they sent me after I had already paid and waited two months:

We do have your order ready to ship, you should have received an email explaining what is happening with US Shipping at this time. If you have missed this email i will paste it below:

Hi,

First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in reaching out regarding your order. We’ve been waiting for clarity on the recent changes to U.S shipping regulations so that we could provide you with the most accurate and helpful information.

Your order is currently made, packed, and ready to ship. However, due to the recent update in U.S. import tariff policies, we are now required to send all parcels as Duty Paid. This means that we, as the sender, must prepay the customs charges before dispatch.

Unfortunately, the new rules means there will be a charge of 14% on the product value (excluding shipping), which we must now collect before sending the parcel.

We completely understand that this is unexpected and disappointing - it certainly has been for us too!

What happens next:

If you’re happy to proceed with this, we will send over a secure payment request for the 14% tariff amount. Once that’s completed, we’ll ship your parcel immediately and there will be nothing further for you to pay on delivery.

If you’d prefer to cancel your order and receive a full refund, we completely understand and will process that without hesitation.
