Lovely shopping experience at Neptune Cambridge today. I brought my niece along to introduce her to Neptune! We started our experience with a welcoming cup of tea… always something to buy here or to save for.

Neptune is a favourite of mine. I’ve been to a few locations. My first visit to Harston Cambridge, with my daughter-in-law and twin buggy was like visiting friends . A big greeting of smiles and offer of coffee .. warm friendly, relaxed and the whole experience to be revisited.. Again ,Jo and Sarah , most helpful, time to help and listen . My home is full of accessories from Neptune, I love the styles and colours, quality and durability. And the bags are a bonus too . Sarah and Jo thank you both so much x

I often pop into Neptune Cambridge on my way into the town centre!
The ground the house is situated on are beautiful and the set up inside is something only people can dream of! The staff are always happy and helpful, pleased to welcome you in.
Whether it be you’re looking for top end furniture or simply popping in to purchase a candle they are always happy to help!

The design experience from Neptune Cambridge is a brilliant way to visualise your goal. Claire supported us every step of the way - including a visit to our home - to spec the designs for our dream kitchen. The output is a beautifully designed and printed folder of drawings, moodboards, designs and technical details. Would highly recommend.

The staff are always so helpful and lovely making my trip to my favourite place even better! The layout and ambiance of the store is so relaxing and inspiring!

Neptune Cambridge arranged for my Buckland bench seating to be removed and reinstated following water damage to my home. Customer service was as usual for Neptune amazing. They always manage to make me feel like a very important customer and that is what makes them one of my all time favourite retailers. Special thank you to Jennifer, and to James for refitting my bench even better than before.

From our initial meeting with Pauline in August 2022 to receiving our furniture last week, Pauline has been a pleasure to deal with.
Pauline understood our wants for our new look lounge, considering our tastes and style from the rest of our home to achieve this.
We placed a deposit for the project to go ahead in early November. Our part was to organise plastering, painting of walls and new flooring, along with minor electrical work, which began in early January.
Unfortunately Pauline made us aware that the main bulk of our order (2 sofas, armchair and TV cabinet) would be delayed by another 6-8 weeks. We were very disappointed with this news as our lounge had been prepared. But we were very grateful to Pauline in keeping us regularly updated on the orders progress.
On the day of installation and styling we had two “white glove” delivery team who were respectful to our home and polite placing all our items in situ. Pauline then spent time “styling and dressing” our lounge.
The result is we have a beautiful cosy and stylish lounge which we love and are thrilled with. Well worth the wait!!
Pauline Fox is an excellent home designer and her customer service deserves the 5 stars alone.

A very disappointing experience. The design was flawed (eg excessive gaps around built in appliances), installation delayed with a range of issues in execution (eg skirting not fitting properly). A couple of the cabinets have been discoloured and some wood has split. Our different issues are still not sorted out several months on, with a general air of arrogant dismissal. Having used John Lewis of Hungerford and Mark Wilkinson before I would definitely point any potential buyer in their direction over Neptune. Much better products and service generally.

I've had a great experience from start to finish of my kitchen design and fit. Very professional, helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend Neptune Cambridge.

So lovely and thankful to the lovely ladies in Neptune Cambridge. It’s officially now my little girl’s favourite shop as she got to watch whilst mummy was shopping 😄 and thank you for keeping our little giraffe safe when we forgot it on the last visit.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff and good service

Great personal experience from the moment we had our design meeting to the installation and beyond. We absolutely love our Island and everyone we interacted with was fantastic, Beth our designer, James our kitchen fitter and Steve the painter and Jennifer from the store have all been great. Especially Steve who came back out again to touch up! We did have an issue with something but this has been rectified with pace and to our satisfaction.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Neptune Cambridge for our stunning kitchen which we are absolutely thrilled with. Everyone we interacted with (Roxana, Claire, James, Jennifer, Ben and Steve) from start to finish were lovely, professional, always quick to react and just great to work with. Special thanks to Claire, our designer, James, our project manager and Ben, our fitter - you are a great team and we would not hesitate to recommend you. Our new kitchen really has transformed our house and how we live in it. Thank you!
