Neptune Swindon. Nice store, excellent staff
We have been to the Neptune/Outlet store in Swindon at least 6 times and every time the staff are really courteous and polite.
We always have a coffee in the cafe because the products are so good.
We have two small dogs and when we were leaving I asked the (Scottish) gentleman working in the kitchen if I could empty the dogs water bowl in the sink.
He took the bowl, emptied it, washed it and dried it with a paper towel. So kind of him.
You get good staff with good training. I have no doubt Neptune's training is excellent.
We live in Oxfordshire, but we are hoping to move to Harrogate in Yorkshire.
I was delighted to see that Neptune have a store near York which isn't far.

After ordering my 2 chairs I was contacted by Neptune to give me a date of delivery. On the day I was contacted by the delivery team as to a time of delivery, when they arrived they were very professional and took all of the packaging off in the van and were very careful installing my chairs. Brilliant service throughout.

Great customer service at Neptune Outlet
Called the Outlet to ask about a sofa displayed on the Outlet website. The member of staff arranged for us to view the item the next morning. We purchased the sofa. Thanks for such an efficient, friendly service. The whole experience was tremendous.

I absolutely love this brand
I absolutely love this brand, but there isn’t a shop near us so I do relay on the websites. Twice found ordering ver easy, dispatch has been swift, delivery is excellent, as is the customer care on the occasional time I’ve needed to ask a question re size etc. I have not problem in recommending Neptune 5 star service from me ⭐️

Excellent experience.
Great range of stock and we bought some mugs. Nice ladies behind the counter and all done speedily. Had a lovely coffee and cake and on our way after a quick zip round the amazing showrooms.
