Excellent customer service; no-nonsense, no fuss, just good old-fashioned excellent customer service, from Georgia, Eli, Rhonda, and the team. From placing the initial order to receiving the item I purchased the following day. A faultless service. Highly recommended.

Having made a silly mistake with an order, which I hadn't even noticed myself at that point, Newsstand Enquiries department contacted me to put it right and save me some wasted money.

I have been doing business with Newstand for many years now. Their service is first-rate and if there are any problems with late shipping or receiving a damaged magazine they solve the problem. The other reason for using them is I live in Asia and the prices of magazines are double or even triple the cover price. So even shipping from the UK to Asia winds up being cheaper.

Excellent customer service, cannot fault them in anyway. By my own mistake I forgot to input my post code for delivery but they searched this up and did this for me to make sure I received my item. The lady I spoke with on the telephone was very polite and extremely helpful.

I live in the USA and ordered a back-dated copy of a magazine. I accidentally made a typo in my mailing address and reached out to Newsstand -- they responded super quickly and actually re-dispensed the magazine with my correct mailing address, just in case the original didn't arrive. Excellent customer service -- magazine arrived in a few weeks and in excellent condition. Highly recommend!

I am a big Korean fan of pianist Yoonchan Lim. As soon as I heard that there would be an article about pianist Yoonchan Lim in the International Piano, I ordered it, but I received the wrong issue because I ordered it even before the book was published.
When I asked Newsstand, I was told to return the book and order it again,
But when I tried to order again, the issue I wanted was already out of stock.
I received an e-mail saying that a few books were re-arranged, but they were sold out again in the meantime, and I exchanged e-mails with 3 members of Newsstand more than several times during the process, and they helped me a lot to get the issue I wanted.
As you know, Korea is on the opposite side of where Newsstand is located, so I had no choice but to reply to them after work, but they replied to my mail from really early in the morning.
I finally got the issue I wanted after 2 months after I placed the wrong order.(I've been bothering them all this whole time.)
I am really grateful to Eli, Rhonda and Georgia for taking my endless requests seriously and helping me.
I decided to keep the previous issue that I ordered by mistake as a token of my appreciation.(The contents was great, too)
