It reads that "on demand content" includes "Live local and primetime postseason games."

2 hour recordings after the games are over is not considered "LIVE". That was a total waste of money.

Not to mention that in order to watch the NFL games, you have to subscribe to 5 different platforms. What a racket.

Once again an NFL game that is rigged. I has become obvious that the key games are scripted. What a shame that big money has ruined a once great sport.

The NFL+ app is pretty much unusable trash. If the app doesnt crash within minutes of opening, then it will if you want to watch anything in landscape view. Not only do they make you pay for this ass service, they then added commercials to one coveted place where you PAID to have commercial free.

Absolute ripoff, this should be illegal to do.

The icon would open up the website.But every time you tried to open up any content , it just tried to get you to buy the subscription again. Very frustrating. And to top it off , there is absolutely no way that you can talk to a live agent about any of these problems.

I use to love football back 70 and 80s. Now after every play you get a bunch of showboating that isn't necessary. The guy catches the ball and has to point down field. Can't tell if he is letting rest of the players know which way the are going or what. Then you get the ones that have to dance after they complete a play. Then theirs the guys who are violating rules and being total jerks. Then you got so many commercials it's crazy. Problem is kids watch these guys and act like they do, not cool.

I was supposed to get NFL+ Christmas Games on my phone or tablet, but after trying to log in to NFL+ on my newer Android phone app, all I got was the continuous circle of death NFL+ kept showing. Only option I had was to re-signup for Netflix to see the games (I'm in my 10 fantasy football leagues' Superbowl games this week). I got the same continuous circle of death on Netflix (negatively rated Netflix too) and missed most of the Cowboy's games on hold waiting for a Netflix Tech to get my account activated. Will disconnect Netflix after 1 month and never signup again for either NFL+ nor Netflix (until next BS NFL Christmas weekend or watch them at a friend's house in protest)!

It is ridiculous that you pay extra for Express shipping and are never told that the item you want will not be available till mid-January this is a crazy way to do business maybe you should hire someone from Amazon who can increase the shipping process for your items seems to me there isn't much going on in nfl.com except for all the AI and electronic people who are sitting behind a screen not wanting to do company or personal interaction with its clientele. When you order something you should get it or be contacted in enough time to order a different item not just to let it go until it actually ends up getting there what a joke this company is I will use other vendors from now on to get what I want

I ordered from NFL Shop and requested a refund. Instead of returning my money to the original payment method, they forced me into an eGift Card that can only be used on their site.
This is unacceptable and feels like exploitation. Customers should have the right to get their money back, not be trapped into spending again. Their customer service did not offer any solution.

I will never shop here again and I warn others to be careful.

Someone needs to save these players from themselves. Seems the league or their coaches won't. Higgins needs to be in a hospital. Back from a concussion this week and likely 2 more already in this game ! Incredibly sad to watch.

Calls are beyond questionable. Used to love watching games, I give up. Games are either rigged or referees are totally incompetent. It’s gotten so bad I can’t watch any more. Hmmm…Vegas and online betting now runs the NFL. Adios MF’s, Roger 🖕🏾

Completely fed up with the NFL. Corporate greed at its finest. You used to be able to watch more than a couple football games a week, now the rights to ate being sold to the highest bidder to be able to watch them. Remember when we could get off work and Thursday and Monday night and come home, kick back, and watch a football game. We now have to pay yo be able to watch football from home. Its sickening. How do you think youre going to capitalize on fan base when youre chasing after a generation that doesn't even watch sports as much. You have lost your nerve NFL, and a bunch of loyal NFL fans.

How pathetic. A bunch of dependents playing with children's toys while hard workers supports their sorry asses.

We had the worst experience attending the NFL game at Bernabéu Stadium on November 16. My wife is recovering from a fractured foot and uses an orthopedic boot and manual knee scooter mobility aid. Our tickets said to arrive early for mobility accommodations, so we were in line by 2:30, a full hour before kickoff.

It took over an hour to enter. Fans were pouring in from all directions, police were overwhelmed, and there were no ropes, markings, barriers, or signage (in English or Spanish). The line barely moved; we would stand still for 10 minutes at a time. My wife even scootered up and down the line trying to find disability check-in because none existed. Only after kickoff did police finally organize the crowd and got things moving (security was a joke at that point as well).

We reached our assigned entrance at gate 23 about 15 minutes after kickoff. We asked staff about disability accommodations and they sent us to gate 40. Gate 40 was surprised to see us, made us wait another 10 minutes, then sent us all the way over to gate 1, saying they had secured the last two disabled seats in the stadium. We were also told it was our fault for not alerting them earlier, even though the tickets gave no contact info and explicitly told us to arrive early, which we did.

The disability seats turned out to be five feet from a packed concession stand. People constantly squeezed in front of us and literally stepped over my wife's injured foot. It was dangerous and stressful; we couldn't watch any of the game because we were shielding her from the crowd. The staff we flagged down were unable or unwilling to help. Something as simple as a rope or traffic cone would have solved the problem.

Fearing someone would re-injure her, we left and returned to gate 23. We were then told we couldn't bring the scooter inside or store it anywhere. The official stance—repeated multiple times by staff and security—was: "Go back to the dangerous area, throw out your $150 medical device, or go home."

We were in line an hour early so we could be accommodated. We followed all the rules and did what we were told and were gracious, and because of that we were put in danger and disregarded. It was around this point the tears started, and in the five years I've been with my wife I have never seen her so crushed and upset. We were exhausted. We had been pleading for an hour, trying to make due, and being stonewalled every step of the way.

We were directed yet again toward gate 1, where someone finally pointed us to gate 6, where we found Paul—our guardian angel. I didn't catch his official title, but his work involved accessibility aid. He made one phone call and arranged to store my wife's scooter in his office so we could go to our original seats. We finally got to watch the game, just in time for halftime. At least we could enjoy the second half without fearing further injury.

I still don't understand why it took pleading with 15–20 people and being sent back and forth across the stadium to find a solution beyond “too bad, go home.” The tickets were expensive, we followed all the rules, arrived early exactly as instructed, and stayed polite despite everything. For an NFL-hosted event at a stadium that handles massive crowds regularly, the lack of accessibility support, coordination, and basic safety was shocking.

I have reached out to Real Madrid, who said they're not at fault and I should talk to TicketMaster and NFL. TicketMaster said it isn't at fault and I should talk to Real Madrid and NFL. NFL Support said they're not at fault and I should talk to On Location Experiences. And On Location Experiences said they're not at fault and I should talk to NFL.

I’ve never seen such greed on this planet outside our douchebag president. You sign up for nfl plus because they say you can watch every game yet they make you sign up for YouTube nfl Sunday in order to watch what you’ve already paid for. They can suck my….member

I have DirecTV, Amazon prime and other streaming networks and I still can't watch my team. I end up watching the same out of network teams who is don't care about. I want to be able to watch my team

I bought the service so that I would NOT KNOW the score when I went to watch my game, and every time, they find a way to show me the score or my team's record due to bad tech. This is not difficult.

And then, tonight, it stopped the game out of nowhere and said, "I'm subscribed, but I need a subscription."

If I could leave no stars I would how do you advertise NFL plus to work on TV phone or tablet but I can only watch on my phone
