Exceptional support from a recruiter who truly cares

I had such a great experience working with Emma. From the very beginning, she was genuinely supportive, responsive, and incredibly easy to talk to which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming.
What really stood out to me was how invested she was. She didn’t just send through roles and disappear, she took the time to understand what I was looking for, kept me updated throughout, and always checked in before and after interviews. It honestly felt like she was fully in my corner the entire time.

Thanks to her, I was able to secure a role that I’m really excited about, and I don’t think the process would have gone nearly as smoothly without her guidance and support.

If you’re looking for a recruiter who is proactive, genuinely cares, and actually follows through, I would highly recommend Emma. She’s been incredible to work with.

Abundance of communication

I have worked with so many recruiters who ghost and it sucks. Absolutely not the case with Nigel Frank. I was in constant communication with the recruiters about every aspect of the interview and onboarding process. There was never a question or message that went unanswered. They facilitated everything and were present for the entire process without being in the way or overbearing.

Overall Experience

Overall, my experience with this recruitment company was disappointing due to the lack of transparency, poor communication, and inefficient processes.

First, the hiring process lacked visibility from the beginning. I had already mentioned my expected rate, but this was never properly confirmed before moving forward. On top of that, I was not clearly informed about the structure of the process. I understood there would be two stages, but after completing the first one and being approved, I was not even told that I had passed. The only reason I found out was because a call was suddenly scheduled with me, supposedly just for introductions, when in reality it was already related to working with the client. That level of misalignment is not acceptable.

Second, the background check process was extremely frustrating, repetitive, and unnecessarily exhausting. I was asked for the same information three or four times, even after I had already explained my situation and made it clear that I did not have certain documents. I also asked for help, but the process still dragged on far longer than it should have. Honestly, I have never seen such a slow, disorganized, and error-prone background check process.

Third, the timesheet system is highly inefficient. I am required to fill out a specific timesheet for them, while also having to log my hours separately with another consultancy. This creates completely unnecessary duplicate work. It is a redundant process that should absolutely be improved.

Overall, the company needs to improve communication, transparency, and operational efficiency. My experience was far more bureaucratic and disorganized than it should have been.

Very good experience with Nigel Frank International

I had a very good experience with Nigel Frank International. I recently received an offer for an Azure Data Engineer role through them, and Ms Lenka was really helpful throughout the process.

She was supportive, professional, and always guided me properly whenever I had any questions or concerns. She kept me informed at each stage and made the whole process much easier and less stressful for me.

I truly appreciate her help and the way she supported me from start to finish. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Nigel Frank International.

The effort to communicate was key

The effort to communicate was key. When trying to find a position and the market is out of sorts right now, it's nice to get feedback, even if there is nothing to report. I had a positive experience working with Nigel Frank. Their team was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the ERP and Microsoft ecosystem.
