My experience working with Nigel Frank International has been truly excellent. Melissa, was incredibly proactive and consistently kept me updated at every step. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I always felt informed and confident about where I stood in the process. The provided guidance, especially around the interviews and next steps, were extremely helpful. If I were to offer one constructive suggestion, it would simply be to continue doing what you're already doing. Your attention to candidate experience are what set you apart. Nigel Frank au top !

J’ai été pleinement satisfait de mon expérience avec Nigel Frank. Notamment avec Pablo qui a su m’accompagner de manière très professionnelle tout au long de ma mission, en étant toujours disponible et réactif. Même après la fin de mon contrat, il est resté présent et à l’écoute afin de m’aider à rebondir sur une nouvelle opportunité de mission.

Aucune transparence sur le TJ appliqué au client demande de baisse sans montrer qu'eux l'ont vraiment fait.
Une date de début de mission reporté mais aucun effort pour le consultant.
Fin de mission au bout de 2 semaines, même si part de responsabilités fautes, aucune explication possible avec le client.
Si vous n'êtes pas soumis à la TVA, leur module ne fonctionne pas... Faut du manuel sans aucune alertes comme quoi ce n'est pas bon malgré que mes CRA soient remplit en temps et en heure.
Courrir après depuis fin octobre. 19 Novembre facture envoyé pas de news, il aurait fallu relancer encore pour avoir une valider enfin le aujourdhui...
Pour un paiement le 15 décembre car si je voulais un paiement immédiat c'est 5% de retenus.
Du coup obligé de payer mes cotisations sur fond propre car doit le payer avant 1 décembre 2025.

Si je pouvais mettre 0, je pense que je l'aurais fait.

Onboarding was better the 2nd time around, but needs a few adjustments.
1. the forms do not allow one to insert the number of dependents claimed.
