Energy Development
I have been using nimbus for the last 5 years, what an incredible piece of software. it allows me to identify my development all at once without me switching to other different pieces of software to identify multiple tasks. i have tried them all and nothing comes remotely close to Nimbus's Cost and Performance.

The combination of software and development strategies is a brilliant package. Paul's webinar and generous sharing of his knowledge is a real bonus and the combined package unlike anything we have used before. A serious weakness in a great package
I’m a big fan of Nimbus, and the benefits are well-described by many other people in these reviews. But one major flaw is that the planning records for a lot of sites are seriously deficient. On numerous occasions I check the “Planning History in the Area” box to see what applications have been made on the site…..and Nimbus has nothing, or maybe has some applications from 5-10 years ago. But when I go independently to the local authority search tool I find that there is a detailed history of applications on the site. In a lot of cases I find that the site which Nimbus is presenting as an opportunity, already has detailed consent given to a developer…..and is quite obviously no longer available. This is a very serious problem when Nimbus promotes itself as a source of reliable site information for developers.

Your comments surprise us as we have a lot of planning data, from historical planning applications on a specific property to data on all recent applications nearby, along with some pretty smart filters to refine the data, and links to the local planning authorities. We understand how important this data is to our customers, so we work hard to keep it up to date.

The system has a lot of links for all relevant information in the property world its loaded with ways to filter what you are looking for and what you are not looking for. The team are helpful and there's lots of useful webinars for you to learn the system and the useful tips all up to date too.

I have now been signed up with Nimbus for well over twelve months and found their platform and back up to be excellent.
The platform is a very useful tool as we know to search for parcels of land but also great for referencing. There webinars are always interesting and useful to gain knowledge across a varied spectrum ….. it is very much appreciated

Online sign process is not efficient...
Would be great if it was possible to sign up to a package online without needing to make a phone call or wait on someone to contact you in order to do so.

Nim…A must have tool for all propert/land industry people
Nimbus maps for any property developer is a game changer and must have tool ,
It’s simple to use and navigate and gives you many tools to progress in all property aspects from ownership to sold prices planning applications , historical and live and invaluable information,residential and commercial, land and more also the in depth tutorials that help so much .
Well worth the cost , and pays for its self with the depth of information it provides
I would recommend a must must must have tool for any individual working on land and property 5 star experience and 5 star support

Top Land Sourcing Platform
Just now I have renewed my subscription with Nimbus.
In the last two years, I have used Nimbus Elite on an almost daily basis for land sourcing, because it’s an easy and all-in-one platform. Nimbus is an excellent product with different maps and tools – very professionally done and easy to manage.
You can find all the details like address, size of the land, description with build class, the number of properties on the plot. In case the land is owned by a company, you can directly connect to Companies House’s website. It gives you quick access to the planning history of the plot and in the area. On Nimbus you will find information about Listed Building, Flood Zone and Environment, and so much more … and it’s fast.
Additionally, on a regular basis the Nimbus Team provides free webinars via Zoom. Mostly held by the Co-founder, Mr. Paul Davis, these are excellent educational opportunities with lots of useful information and Q&A session.
At any time, if you have any questions or feedback, the Nimbus Team is very responsive and helpful always.
