I ordered under the name Ninth Avenue - Australia and when my product arrived it was from the USA with a USA electrical plug.
When I emailed the company they said I need to buy a adaptor to convert from USA to Australian- what a scam!!
I bought a emjoi , cost $200 Australian and it is a cheap rip off , of the original emjoi and does not even work efficiently.It barely takes out the hair and the power on it is useless.
I am so disappointed and I can only advise to NEVER buy from this company, I have been ripped off big time.

SCAM!! I am truly disappointed. This scammers are annoying. Now they are insisting that the money has been paid another one says they are refunding within 48hrs.Same story over and over. I have asked for a proof of payment atleast a receipt inorder to take to the bank but they have refused. Now there is a guy by the name Allan who is asking me to send my bank statements for them to confirm. How long are this scammers going to be here.Can someone act please!!

NinthAvenue is a scam website. All positive reviews you see on this or other feedback sites are not to be trusted. I have ordered cosmetics for 78 CHF, and their so called customer care gave all kind of excuses why I haven't received anything. The DHL number they have given me was false and never existed in DHL. Now trying to get my credit card company to get money back, will see how it goes. I will also register this with Swiss police, at least there will be a track record so it will make it hopefully more difficult to scam others.

Ich werde die Sache auch bei der Schweizer Polizei melden, dann gibt es wenigstens einen Track Record und es wird hoffentlich schwieriger, andere zu betrügen.
