I think their products are very good and from what I have seen about Ninthavenue, this is a relaible company and I think you can trust them to deliver your items you ordered in time and in perfect conditon.

AVOID!!! Placed an order with them in October - wanted to cancel it (as per their own terms and conditions) and they have communicated with me twice with two standard emails asking me to wait 48 hours for a response (needless to say - there was no response). You can't reach anyone on the phone - a nightmare, Please avoid - these people are scammers.

Every time I buy products online I always looked on the product reviews just to make sure that my money will not be wasted. Ninthavenue never failed me. Had the best experienced buying skincare product from this shop, best quality. Thank you so much seller my acne has gotten better in just 2 days. I definitely will buy again.

I've never seen more obvious scam page in my life!!! Stupid scammers. Products pricing made my day. Always make sure to check reviews before trying to buy from unknown website.

Just a scam and fraud company

Placed an Order 1st August and still waiting. Emailed them heaps of time and never will give me an answer on if is sent or tracking. I wish I had read all the reviews before I got scammed. Disgusting how they can get away with this.

De trak pengene mere end en uge før de afsendte varen. Godt 3 ugers leveringstid, men varene ankom og de er ægte!

Scam website.

Claims to be Australian subsidy of an American website. But actually just Indian conartist. I spent some time trying to find an actual australian based shop that sold my item. Thinking I found just that. Turns out it is just a sham.

Ordered my item on the 14th of May. Item never came. Several email exchanges were nothing more then delay tactics. First claims that they sent another item, with tracking. After several weeks the tracking number disappeared. Several ignored or diverting emails later I demanded a refund. That was over a month ago. Been fighting since.

Filed complaints with my bank and ACCC. The more people who complain to the ACCC the quicker we can get the Australian website taken down.

I am only posting a review due to my online experience. I was browsing the internet looking for where to purchase my body lotion rather than travelling to Paris when this ridiculous website popped up in my search.

A-Derma is retailed online for at most £23 including delivery and I have bought this product and others from the same range less than €20 in Paris and I am appalled that this bogus “company” is still allowed to trade online, their RRP is hiked up to about 400%.
As a proof that they are a scam website they selling this body lotion 400ml at £81.00 and according to them the RRP is £134.

If you’re desperate to order from them then I would suggest you make payment via PayPal....oops they probably don’t have PayPal as one of their payment options.

Headrush / Homeloft UK / Ninth Avenue are all connected companies. Read the reviews please people, non-delivery / inferior products and loss of your money is an absolute reality.

Hopeless company - avoid, avoid, avoid - selling items that they cannot fulfil.

Placed an order online, payment was made and a week later the order status is still 'processing your order'. Cannot get any response either by phone or by email. . . . .

Undgå at handle hos firmaet. De trækker penge fra ens konto og man kan ikke komme i kontakt med dem.

Ninth Avenue.au - (although they claim to be "Australian" ) is actually an Indian (or thereabouts) company with many different websites selling overpriced items - wouldn't suggest buying anything as it's unlikely you will ever see it - or it will be wrong - and good luck trying to send anything back!!
Stay away from ANY of their websites, AU, EU, UK... probably many others....
All pretty dodgy... ;-)
