This was the first time I had the Nirvana Experience with the Essential package for NY 70.3
First/ Nirvana was very accommodating in the transfer of my package twice! From previous events I was unable to compete in due to injury!
Even though the 70.3 was relatively a local event for me I was very happy with the perks!
Especially the bike assistance and onsite tour
The Nirvana manager was awesome!
The only negative was I did not know when the early store shopping was ( wasn’t a big issue though) and access to the streamlined swim start was difficult - so I did not use it
Some of this was due to the bad weather we had and the logistics/ crowd at the swim start so I self seeded which honestly worked out better for me
I was very happy with the service and purchased it again for my Ironman in 2025

Great service. 100% recommended.

This was the 3rd time using Nirvana Europe services , I’ve used them at the Texas & Chattanooga Ironman in 2023.

This time I purchased one of their enhanced athlete package for the Nice World Championship.

After purchasing the package , I got email updates about the upcoming race related events, and had opportunity to book a time slot for my bike service etc.

For Nice , we had a few really useful events. One of them was the full bus tour of the bike course. The guide we had was really good. He pointed out little things what to look out for on race day , so we knew that we are close to the top of a climb for example.

There was also a practice swim and run session with them.

We had great seating at the pre race banquet and also post race.

Was able message my race manager with any kinds of race questions.

They also offered mechanical services in transition on race morning. Which was great. Good to have the bike check over pre race.

As I said , Nice was my 3rd package with Nirvana. All 3 was exceptional, will definitely sign up again.

Sean and team saw to every detail. When the Mechanic was held up coming from New Zealand they worked all night to ready the bikes. Transport was arranged at every step and athletes were aided with every step. I prefer using Nirvana as doing it totally on my own was stressful. This is the best way. See everyone in Pontevedra.

Nirvana helps fill in the blanks for all logistics concerns you may have. Their services allow you to feel at ease and focus on the finer details ahead of your race to avoid becoming overstressed. The Nirvana team collaborates nicely, always having somebody available as a sounding board. Nirvana is rooting for you when it counts the most.

I was very impressed with the ability and flexibility of Nirvana to meet the unique needs of my party. They made what could have been a very stressful experience into a thoroughly enjoyable one. Thank you Nirvana.

Great service and friendly staff from start to finish. All of the Nirvana staff were really friendly and helpful, we were kept fully informed all the time and made the whole experience really good 👍🏻

I use Nirvana every time I travel for a race. Accommodations are convenient and bike mechanic services are hassle-free and provide peace of mind with no lines and great service. Most recently, I used the airport shuttle services in Nice, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. Nirvana helps take some of the logistical challenges of traveling off my plate, so I can focus my energy elsewhere.

First time using Nirvana and I am kicking myself for not using it sooner! Our contact on the ground was Chris and he was exceptional.

You guys at Nirvana were great! Very punctual and supportive and even though Inwasnt able to race this time I will definitely be back! And I will surely use Nirvana again and again!

The entire team took all the stress away. The mechanics ensured my bike was in working order post landing. The pre course tour was excellent and the post race bike retrieval and packing saved me so much stress. Mike and everyone were wonderful.

Perfect service. Many companies should take lessons from Nirvana. It was my first time to participate at IM and Nirvana took out all the anxieties that comes with accommodations, transportation, and trchnical support. They were always available to communicate, always proffesional, allways on time, always polite, ajf always available to answers questions. I recommend to use them.

Excellent service from Sean and his colleagues at the European Triathlon Championships in Vichy. Very smooth operation, plus any queries or issues were responded to promptly and efficiently. Helped me to focus on my race knowing that I was in good hands.

The usual excellent service from Nirvana. When things go wrong (as they sometimes can when you're traveling to race) the Nirvana team are always there for you: whether it's fixing a broken bike, sorting things if you're ill or injured, getting you where you need to be when flights are delayed, or retrieving the luggage that you accidentally left in your hotel room.

Bike mechanic Mike was outstanding! Efficient, kind, patient, hardworking, diligent, polite, and overall wonderful.
The only drawback was that pre-trip UPS tried to pick up my bike at my home instead of the bike shop where it was disassembled - not sure how that got mixed up but fortunately my husband was home to deal with it.

I have to thank for the outstanding support, dear Nirvana Crew, and especially to you, Callum. Everything went well for Ironman Wales.

I had an excellent experience with Nirvana Europe for the 2024 Ironman Wales. First off, I have never traveled overseas with my bike. Without knowing that I would have the mechanical support available in Tenby, I never would have attempted the trip. A few weeks prior to the trip, I sent a message to Nirvana Europe asking about the bike rebuild after shipping, and my contact person Callum Dyer got back to me right away and arranged a time for me at the beginning of registration. On site, Nirvana had a tent directly outside the Ironman registration tent, and Callum was there with mechanic Richard. From that point on they took care of all my needs. I was late for my bike rebuild (having difficulties sleeping) and they were flexible and got my bike taken care of in the next slot. My bike was perfect for the ride, even in better shape than it left home in. Callum was very personable and accommodating. They arranged for a pre-race talk and walk through with an experienced Ironman and announcer at the event, who was intimately familiar with Ironman Wales. The course and race advice there was invaluable, especially for helping to calm the nerves. Callum offered additional supports throughout the trip, most of which I ended up not needing, but I felt well supported and attended to. I recommend them highly. Please understand once you sign up, they are there, and once you initiate contact with your representative, they will be all about helping you.

Matthew and his team saved my race at Ironman Italy. Their efforts at working with the race staff to get me a delayed check in and to help me get my bike assembled after it had been lost in transit allowed me to toe the line on target and on time. The lodging at Club Hotel Dante was ideal for it’s proximity to the venue and the Nirvana staff and Dante staff did a bang up job.

After years traveling all around the world and hiring different companies to help with the travel related to IRONMAN events, Nirvana has been the worst by far.
The Nirvana Experience didn’t exist at all. They just send me a few emails before the event and during the whole week that I started in Kalmar, I hadn’t any contact from the Nirvana Staff.
They did not care at all about any needs I may have and did not reach out or contact me to ask if I might need anything.
I went, payed for my accommodation and had the same in return as if I had organized my trip by myself.
No information from them, no contact from them and no interest from them means no Nirvana Experience at all.
I feel very sad and disappointed.
